1 starDisgusting service. A complete scam. I have been waiting for a manager to call me for weeks and no one has called me back. They have completely given me the run around and lied and said they have no management. How are you answering calls and have no management service -_- Then I will get on the phone with a person and they will say hold on, let me get my manager and have me on hold and no on comes to the phone for hours. I wish this review could do more than just let customers know not to book with them. They need to be removed from business period.Review fromLane C

1 starReserved a room advertised at $154 plus tax. When I received my receipt it included $113 in taxes plus incidental fees for a total of $269. I IMMEDIATELY called to cancel. They quoted their policy of NO REFUNDS and flatly refused to give me ANY money back. This is a total scam and a rip off!!Review fromHarry B

1 starThis company is unethical and are ********. Use deceptive online practices to mimic actual hotel. Charged me 3 separate times, all of different monetary amounts after cancelling original hotel booking. Had to call Hotel Planner 3 separate times over 2 days to reverse all three charges. Be very careful that you contact real front desk of hotel for reservations as one will save money and time trying to get things straightened out.Review fromCindy B

1 starHorrible on the phone. He increased the rate of the same room at least 3 times during a 5 minute conversation. It went up almost $100 Im about a 5 minute time frame. Ripoff!!!!Not staying there.
