We called the Quality Inn in ************** and asked for a room agent stated that there was no rooms available for pets and said agent looked up area for pets. At no time that he stated there name was Hotel Planner. We arrived to find out that we paid almost $38.00 more for this room. Do not use this company. The company is dishonest.

1 starThey used unethical means of pretending to be the front desk of the hotel you are calling, then changed the room to a handy cap bathroom room then charged almost 50% for fees not including resort fees and hotel parking fees The chat for help deletes the chat when you ask a question they dont want to answer They have no other customer support ************ is a scam They have below a 2 star rating ************ needs federal a investigation This is the most unethical company I have ever dealt with, I read where other people have said the same thing happened to them where they pretended to be the front desk of the hotel you are booking then charge 50% of room rates in fees.Review fromAnne B

1 starThey booked the wrong type of room for us. My husband and I have to sleep in different rooms because of health issues. This was discussed with the agent doing the booking. When we arrived at the hotel, we were in one room. My husband had no place to sleep.
