1 starBe very wary if your call gets funneled over to Hotel Planners. When they answer the phone, they lead you to believe that you are contacting the hotel reservation desk. Then, as soon as I asked about the cancellation policy, they hung up on me. My credit card was charged immediately for a reservation that was a month out. The confirmation email message that I received stated that I agreed to the non-cancellation policy. They actually never even told me about the policy, although I had asked. The reservation had my name so badly misspelled, to where I would not be able to use the reservation with my ID. The hotel received no money from this reservation, yet Hotel Planners claims that it was the hotel that refused the cancellation. Ive been contacting them for many weeks to get a refund. They keep blaming the hotel, my credit card company, etc. And they claim it will take 90 days to investigate the matter. Big rip-off! Beware!Review fromDiane F

1 starTold my room rate was the best rate available, I asked if they offer a law enforcement discount and was told the price given was the best discount. I reluctantly booked as I was exhausted after traveling in a car for 14 hours. I got to the hotel and a couple was checking to see if there were rooms available and were quoted a room rate $100 less.very frustrating and disappointing.Review fromSusan S

5 starsThis was the easiest motel scheduling I have ever done. ******** was able to get exactly what we wanted. The room is quiet even though it is by a freeway and on the ground floor per our request. Points!! This is our second stay at this ******* and they are also great. 1 starHorrible service. Charged me was too much and promised the hot tub worked at the Hilton. I even asked asked them to check for me. They said it did. I just need some back pain relief so tried to book a local hotel with a working hot tub. $300 later stuck with a basic room and no working hot tub. I was told I could cancel my 1 day reservation by 6pm on 6/21. I was not told that I would STILL be charged for 1 night. I had to bring Chase Bank into this in order to receive a refund.
