Excellent, very professional you could see that she was skilled and trained in hospitality. I couldnt ask for a better desk clerk she even helped me. Get my choice privilege bonus points for whatever reason they booked me through a third-party instead of choice privilege I say she needs a raise$$$$HotelPlanner.com

The *** was polite but transferred me to a line that asked for a number that I dont have and after trying numerous times I had to hang up. I had to make 3 calls and did not get any issues resolved and did not get a reservation. Very unhappy. My boyfriend has been a Diamond Elite for over 10 years and I now have my own Hilton Honors but this was one of the most frustrating and unproductive times ever. And still no reservation.HotelPlanner.com
