5 starsFrom start to finish. I have had a wonderful experience with the installation of my windows and doors. **** ********* and ****** the team leader were both very nice and professional. The team was respectful of my home and protected the furniture as well as cleaned up behind the job. I would recommend Wrights to anyone in need of windows and doors. 1 starTook them 2 plus years to install door that leaks water ever time it rains. Door had to reinstalled numerous times as it was not correctly installed in the several attempts made by sub-contractors who lacked any supervision. I felt like things kept coming up to delay the job being completed, but **** was DETERMINED and DEDICATED to getting it done, and soon, and no matter what. I really felt he cared and wasn't going to let it drag! that meant a lot to me. if only **** was in charge of all my home repairs and renovations this place would be in great shapeWright's Impact Window & Door, LLC

Steve, Ronnie and Pez as a team did an awesome job. Ronnie and Pez were remarkable in accomplishing the install. Max was a great help also. Getting to the install was at best confusing. The office seemed to cause more confusion each time they got involved. There never was a clear indication of who was responsible for the project until the installers showed up and even that was delayed with no communication as to why. The final product/install is great. Getting here was a confusing and frustrating journey!Wright's Impact Window & Door, LLC
