Victor and his staff did a remarkable job. They did two days work in one day and couldn’t have done a more efficient along with a completely professional job. I had two active projects: my ************* a half mile apart. **** arrived on time, had all necessary pictures, permits and paperwork required to meet with the fire and county inspectors for the final walk-through. He communicated all updates regarding the inspectors arrival time, as they became available. After inspection, he removed the stickers, cleaned the ******************************************** and replaced all ******************knacks for my Mom. He was friendly, personable and professional. ****** ************************************************ is fortunate to have him. Additionally, ***** & **** were involved in our project and when on-site, they arrived as promised and made my Mom comfortable & secure during the process. The company: It was a very long process due poor communication; the salesperson was the go-between. He and I didnt see eye-to-eye so he was unable to hear me. It resulted in a communication breakdown between the project manager, the office staff and their lawyer (surprise!). Their lawyer understood me in the first conversation. ************************** (Project Managers) then assumed responsibility for both projects. They completed a short punch-list and inspection was finally scheduled. We passed in the 1st time!Wright's Impact Window & Door, LLC
