    Terrible experience with this company!They scratched the floor of a house we bought and were moving into and asked us to have the repair done and they would reimburse.After many calls they have stopped promising the check that would never come. It was only $300 but apparently it was worth their reputation.I can't explain fully the frustration of dealing with this company it is truly the worst experience we have had during our move.I would give them 0 stars if it was possible.

    ****** is professional! The crew was here on time. ****** gave us his full attention to all the details. We made the right choice with Safebound Moving and Storage. All our items were carefully packaged. There was a lot of artwork, lamps, glass top tables and everything was handled perfectly. Thank you!!!!!

    HORRIBLE! Please do not use them. Virtually every piece of antique furniture I own was damaged, scratched my wood floors, did put heavy objects in the correct room (too heavy for me to move myself), didn't put back together furniture they took apart (as per the contract), bent a bed frame and now I have to buy a new one, promised four movers and only got 2 for pick up and delivery, charged for a long-haul move when I remained in State, had the wrong date for my move out and lied about the drop off date, they THREATENED me when I didn't have cash for the move in (not for lack of trying), and the $4,000 I was quoted quickly turned into $10,000 (bait and switch). They are liars and ruined so many things. It's going to cost me thousands to make these repairs and replacements.
