      Property Manager, *** of this facility is absolutely amazing. He walked me through every aspect of the rental & stayed on the phone with me as I secured my unit online over the phone since ************************** canceled my reservation that was supposed to be good for another 3 days. I had originally secured my rental through ************************ which was a less than optimal experience. They canceled my reservation - they put me on hold forever when I asked to be transferred to the facility phone number.

      We're a local business that needs nearby storage space for office files and furniture. It was refreshing to speak with a professional, friendly person on a phone that was knowledgeable and helpful prior to the initial visit of the facility in *****. The on-site office manager was welcoming and very efficient setting us up in the right sized storage space. The unit is clean and secure as shown on the website. Thank you very much.

      Great customer service and friendly staff.. I have dealt with ****** on several occasions and he's awesome. There's also another employee at this property that's really great also.( I can't remember her name, I'm sorry.) Best 2 employees that have been at this location. I hope they stay.

      DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES/ CROOKS Holding my things hostage for a year, will not dispose of or auction off but continues to charge me monthly fee and late fee and an auction fee for an auction that never happened.I attempted to abandon the unit. I also tried to start make a partial payment (full month). They will not take a partial payment or abandon the unit or auction it off.I have no access to remove things simply to stop the accumulation of monthly and late fees.They are crooks and will intentionally trap you this way to build up balance.The balance is close to $1700 today and they will continue to charge me monthly unless paid in full or paid to vacate at 80% of balance. No partial payment allowed and no other way to resolve.

      Let me start off by saying Im a very chill and peaceful person. I do not like leaving reviews on places, I like lifting businesss up. But this company/busines is the worst Ive ever seen in my life. I had my storage unit broke into on January 25th 2025 and filed a police report as soon as possible. Most of all of my valuable stuff was stolen out of my unit, valuable things that I got from family, expensive tools, audio equipment, rims for cars, car ***** and other small things that were not cheap. I had been paying the tenant protection plan the entire time I was there for a total coverage of $2,000 which isnt even half of what I got stolen from me. I met with the pottery manager (******** ******) of that location. She told me to fill out the insurance claim paperwork/application. And stated she would put it in the system the same day. I called 2 days later to follow up on my claim and people from solutions team said there was no claim in their system. So she lied about it first of all. I thought no problem Ill just reach out to her to make sure she put it in or if any problems came up with Wi-Fi or any reason she couldnt put it in that day. She was very rude to me over the phone, terrible customer service. She them calmed down after arguing with me, and said she would make sure she put it in the same day I followed up on it. So then again I was thinking it was all set, she told I would have to wait anywhere from 4-6 months to see a check. I have been waiting pretty much 4-5 months since then, I called solutions team recently and hues what they told me. We still dont see your claim in our system. So Im thinking she lied again. This whole process has been a nightmare. Never, I repeat NEVER get a storage unit with this place. They owe me $2,000. its not even about the money, its the policy and insurance I was paying is what is aggravating. They should be on top of stuff like this, I really feel like their company is just a big scam. Never do buisness again.
