Previous tenants of SROA, Herculaneum/festus mo for the last 3 months. Started off rocky, got better, then I PAID my rent on May 4th, and got a letter stating that my fianc and I were being kicked out. FOR NO APPARENT REASON, other than my fianc is a transgender we had no issues besides one time the mean lady that works there was making very uncalled for comments with another tenant who she moved right across from **, who we got harassed by for the last miserable month there. So needless to say, they have HALF OF OUR BELONGINGS, they would not give us an extra hour to get it, made a cop come and make us leave and he was from a different city. They stated they received a threatening email from one of us thats why corporate decided to kick us out.. that is false. We got kicked out on may 8th, we did not send an email until may 8th at 10pm, now I received this later may 8th at in the afternoon, in my email I did not say one thing threatening, just stating we wanted our belongs and we will swallow the $234 that was paid for that month, but instead they wanted to keep it. After raising the rent on us twice in 3 months, now what I did say is I will get the news and everyone else they ****** off to stand outside of there and let the world know about how big of crooks they are. And you cant get corporate on the phone, if anything you just get transferred to another tenant who is also calling to complain about something. This has got to be resolved.Storage Rentals of America

At SROA, we are committed to treating all customers with respect, fairness, and dignityregardless of background or identity. Discrimination of any kind is not tolerated and is not representative of our companys values or policies. If a staff member or another tenant acted inappropriately, we sincerely apologize. We would appreciate the opportunity to investigate this matter further.
In terms of the eviction and your belongings, please know that we follow specific procedures and guidelines that are legally required. If you were asked to vacate due to a reported threat, it would have followed a documented escalation process. That said, if there is any misunderstanding or error in the timeline or reasoning, we are happy to review the details again, including your communication sent on May 8th.
Regarding the rent charges and access to your unit, we want to ensure all customers are treated fairly and in accordance with policy. If you believe funds were unfairly withheld or that access was unreasonably denied, we will be glad to escalate this to our internal customer relations team for a formal review.
Please send any supporting documentation or timelines you may have to ************************* and we will assign someone to review your case thoroughly and get back to you as soon as possible.

5 stars**** has met every expectation for renting a storage unit. The propety manager (*****) is awesome, and has worked with me on switching to a bigger unit, along with helping me obtain a new lock and key due to us losing the existing one.
