      (******* *******) I'm renting a Storage unit with. Storage Rental of America and it broken into over a week ago. However since then I filed a police report for merchandise stolen. And the company refuse to give me a claim form to file for insurance purposes. So that I can recuperate funds for my items stolen, I even got there ***************** In the meantime they won't return my calls or email to resolve the matter. All I do is get lied to for weeks and I'm sick and tired of calling these ppls, they are a freaking rip off. I even went to the property *************** and nobody even working there in the ********, ** offices. This company is operating this business from a satellite office out of town somewhere but constantly ripping ppls off. I even tried sending a email to the CEO of the company ***** ********* and no response, but I have all my records for proof that they are taking advantage of there customers. However I won't give up until I get justice from these low down good for nothing crooked ppls. If I'm not contacted to get this issue resolved or get the forms to file my claims. I will be seeking legal assistance towards this ripping off company Storage Rental Of America asap on the next business day.

      Just wanna give a little review of my visit at this facility very clean beautifully well kept. The on-site manager I believe Miss ***** ****** was very, very pleasurable , Knowledgeable and helpful. I live in ******** going to relocate here and I am going to use this facility as soon as I get everything worked out and I would highly recommend using this facility.

      ***** ****** has been very helpful in decisions on the size of the unit where it needs to be located whether it needs to be climate controlled or not. shes a very pleasant person and very nice and answering all questions. The storage units are kept clean the yards are kept clean it looks like a new. She is very attentive and alert to the conditions of the storage unit. I wanted to mention that she has kept her store inventory up so if I had any needs, I could get them there.

      They do not work with you for b payments if you fall behind. They give you opportunities to settle for large sums of money again no partial points are accepted. Then they see your stuff whether there are items in the unit that rightfully are not yours.... meaning you are still paying another company to obtain ownership. If you provide them with leinholder information upon auction they claim m they are not responsible for satisfying the leinholder. Roughly sold 3000 worth of furniture and appliance that is was still paying for. At auction for b180.00. How is this legal. Now they claim I still owe them money. I have filed a claim. With the ************************ and also with private council........Stay away from this place ...... seriously not legit not professional among many other things.

      ******* at the office was super friendly and gave me a great deal on a unit. If you are on the fence about going here go for it and ask for ******* she will hook you up! The place is also super clean and the office smells awesome!
