      Had a great experience with ***** the property manager on site when I rented my RV parking spot. She was very helpful and made the experience friendly and fast. She also waited for me to clean up my RV, get it locked up, then drive me back to the front office as the space is way in the back of the property. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the condition of the parking space itself. Its overrun with weeds, bugs, and just overall looks uninviting. I get that its a storage parking spot but people spend thousands of dollars on these RVs and other vehicles wed like to store them in clean places. A landscaping company out there to do a once over would not be a bad move!

      I've had the unit for about 2 years, and never missed a payment. Not once. My card expired at the end of this month, and I didn't realize it. And I get a FIFTY DOLLAR late fee? Absolute thievery. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone looking for storage, and I'll be moving to another storage unit before the end of the month. Is it any wonder that Americans are sick and tired of corporations like this? Absolutely callous and greedy, with no thought for the customer. And, if you want to try to speak with someone? Good luck - if you owe them money, they will simply keep funneling you to the place where "you can make a payment" - nowhere else.

      Nobody is on site to make payment, no local person available. I couldn't pay my bill because the office was closed every time I went there, they charged me extra fees and locked my storage and gate access. I will have to get a visa or family member to pay my bill now and wait 48 hours to regain access because I pay cash, don't have card. I was told ***** was district manager and he would call me back to meet me at property to take in person payment. That didn't happen, instead I got locked out. I've only been here 3 months and this is the worst experience I have ever had in renting units anywhere, I have been renting units for over 5 years and switched to this place so I had everything in one unit instead of renting several smaller units. I was hung up on by customer service, called 3x, told there was no ticket created the first time, now told they escalated the ticket, no supervisors available according to ****. Tell me why I should pay late fees when no staff is available to take my payments? If this continues I will be forced to move out. I actually recommended my neighbor to this place before I realized they have no staff at this location or way to contact anyone. He is going try help me contact the office tomorrow in person so I have a witness, we will both be taking our business elsewhere if this continues.
