5 starsGreat crew windows are great.Sound from outside noise is imperceptible and the windows are cat 5 hurricane protection.I feel protected and the windows are easy to open and close even though we are only a hundred yards from the Atlantic ******** more shutters! ??Review fromElias N

We have a window and door project that is not completed and workmanship is terrible, my new entry door does not lock among other defects. This was and is a cash contract and I received an invoice from a finance company with a charge for the work land communication is minimum.

From getting quotes to passing our Final, Statewide Windows and Doors has shown why they are an excellent company to work with. They met all of my wife and my requests, showed excellent communication throughout the install and inspections, and went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the quality of the installation. We will most definitely do business with them again, they are great people! ******, Osnai, and **** lead a great team of guys and really took care of us. 4.5 Stars Highly Recommend!We recently had impact windows installed by Statewide ************** and I couldnt be more impressed with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable.The installation crew was respectful of our home, worked efficiently. My one gripe is that I had to go around and clean the window and debris from several windows. I expressed this concern to ****** and **** who agreed to allocate some men to help with the cleanup, which I appreciated. In the end I still had to spend quite a bit of time wiping the windows clean and vacuuming debris on and around the windows. Other than this minor gripe, I couldnt be happier with the entire process -The quality of the windows themselves is top-notch solid, clean lines, and theyve already made a noticeable difference in both noise reduction and cooling efficiency. Most importantly, we now have peace of mind knowing were better protected for hurricane season.What stood out most was the communication. Every step of the way, Statewide kept us informed, answered questions promptly, and delivered exactly what they promised no surprises, just great service and craftsmanship.If youre considering impact windows, dont waste time shopping around Statewide ************* is the real deal.?Statewide Windows & Doors, Inc.

From sales through completion, their people were professional, explained everything that was going on, their staff were well supervised, their product is excellent and the installation crew was on top of every detail. Start to finish After a couple years of back and fourth I finally pulled the trigger. Once ******, **** (owner) and I agreed on the price I was happy to sign up and start the process. **** (Owner) showed up a few days later to take final measurements, ordering the doors and windows immediately. Statewide sent me all the necessary documents for HOA the next day, and I submitted the information in a matter of minutes, receiving approval the following week. I was turned over to my project management team of ******* and ******. Sashana was very informative with emails providing payments and timing of the install after windows were delivered. I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders after speaking with her. **** and his team showed up as scheduled and hit the ground running. They were very cautious during the install and took the time to cover everything in plastic to help cut down on the dust. The French doors on the side of the house required a little more chiseling to make sure they properly fit, unfortunately, this resulted in some additional stucco work. The stucco team showed up the following week on time and completed the work in a matter of hours. I had a few areas that required additional work, so I emailed photos to Sashana and ****** and he quickly approved the additional work to be completed. Statewide had a team of two onsite during inspection day to answer all questions, remove stickers, and install all s**** caps once the inspection was completed. I received the best customer care from start to finish with ******* ***** ***** Sashana, and ****** delivering as they promised from day 1. I am very happy I pulled the trigger this year and are now prepared for the upcoming season. Thank you Statewide and a special thanks to Sashana and ****** for fulfilling there promises and 100% customer satisfaction.
