5 starsThe salesman ******* was amazing. He was very knowledgeable with product information. Once the installation team arrived they diligently removed and installed the windows and doors with perfection. They were well equipped and completed the work with excellent results and quality. All I can say is FABULOUS!!! After interviewing multiple window companies, my husband and I chose Statewide Windows and Doors because of not only their professionalism, they listened to our concerns and what we wanted. We had a so many questions with what type of window we were looking for, our budget, colors, permits, etc. and they not only answered them they followed through on EVER detail from start to finish. The process and the follow through was outstanding with constant communication, no pressure sales tactics, and the crew was awesome. The install only took a matter of days, and once finished, they followed up again to make sure we were happy and even cleaned up everything before they left and wiped down the windows with Windex. Now that is what I call service. Thank you Statewide Windows and Doors for making our not only beautiful, but safe for our family for years to come. Continued blessings to your team. ***** *. I sincerely would like to be able to give a 5-star review, but unfortunately now is not the time. It was early April when we hired this company to replace our doors and windows. The idea was to have the work finished "before" the hurricane season, I mean, before August, so what the representative offered could be fulfilled. The first step to follow was for the specialist to come and take the measurements. A month had passed and I still hadn't been able to come because as we were told, there is only one person in ***************** who does that job. When the specialist came he told us that there was no guarantee of being able to install the window that the representative had sold us so we had to hire a civil engineer. We had to cancel part of the project to be able to move forward with it. The next step was to apply for permits from the city and ***. The company asked for the city's but did not ask for the *** even though they had asked us for the *** contact to speak with them and submit the request. More than a month later we contacted the company and they told us that they are waiting for us to do it.....again another failure...When we finally got the permits from the City and the ***, the company It tells us that it was estimated that the doors and windows would be ready for October.....friends, we are talking about 1 sliding door and 3 windows...we are talking about 6 months. There is no certainty that that date is true, it could be on Christmas...The saddest thing is that when you sign the contract you can no longer cancel it even though they are so shameless.Statewide Windows & Doors, Inc.

1 starI would not recommend this company to anyone. They installed my widows and doors. It took months to have it installed. The windows were installed, and they never caulked the bathroom windows and caused the water from the shower to run down into the wall. They did a horrible job on my windows, so I wanted to cancel the door installation and they refused and put a lien on my property. They installed Four doors and a total of eight locks were on the doors and I had to fix seven of the locks and they broke one and told me that theyre not responsible for the locks. They put screws into the door jam that was not attached to anything so one of my back doors basically was falling off, and I had to fix it myself. Chunks of concrete was broken around the door and they never fixed it as well. I would not recommend.Review fromBarbara R

1 starAvoid this company at all costs. They took thousands of dollars of my money October 1 2022 and did not even apply for a permit until Jan 23,2023! It is now May 1 2023 and the only thing of gotten are lies and excuses. I was told 8-10 WEEKS for delivery, it has now been 7 MONTHS! And, to top it all off, when I went to their office today to get a new lie they called the cops on me!Review fromDenise M

5 starsStatewide just completed installing impact windows and doors in our home in the Keys. They did an excellent job. John, the owner, said he was sending down his A Team, and that he did. Barba and his crew were total professionals. From the moment they arrived they worked tirelessly and took such pride in their workmanship. My first and constant contacts at Statewide were Samar and Michael. Two outstanding spokespeople for Statewide indeed. Kim handled the permitting, but a special shout-out goes to Jannene, production and job coordinator extraordinaire. Jannene was always a phone call or text away!! Thank you all for a job well done. 1 starThey are such a ****! They will try to double bill you, tell you you need to sign paper work that will basically sign your home rights to them and have a lawyer to sue you as soon as you catch wind of their **********! Terrible business!
