  I regret to say that our experience with ****************************** was deeply distressing. We entrusted them with the care of my late father, only to face a series of heartbreaking oversights. After the cremation, we were devastated to receive an empty urn. Four hours later, they informed us that my father's ashes were not inside the urn we had been given. This was the urn my mother held tightly to during her four-and-a-half-hour journey home, believing it was her last chance to hold him close.To add to our anguish, when they delivered the ashes the following day, we noticed a discrepancy between the number on the medallion accompanying the remains and the death certificate. They explained it as a typographical error on the initial death certificate and provided a new one, assuring us that these were indeed my father's remains. We can only hope and pray that we laid my father to rest during his funeral.The emotional toll this ordeal has taken on our family is immeasurable. We expected compassion and professionalism during such a vulnerable time, but were left with doubt and heartache.

  I was very happy with Mike ******* of Baldwin’s. He’s very professional. Made me feel comfortable that every thing I wanted is taken care of. Highly recommend him. Great asset to Baldwin Brothers.

  Mike ******* mage a difficult time much easier. He explained the pros and con. He was sympathetic. He said what was part of Baldwin Brothers and what was from the Staye.

  My experience with Baldwin Brothers/Tavares, Fl. was & is outstanding. Their representative, Yvonne Baird, was professional & attentive to my personal pre-planning needs & endeavored to answer my questions, as well as meet my financial expectations.
  After researching my needs beforehand, I found Baldwin Brothers to be the most affordable & tailored to my exact needs both short term & long term. Pre-planning is an intense issue, however, I found that dealing with this company a second time, was as assuring as the first time. I will need them again; I know that they will be there for me & my family.

  I read these reviews about how well other families have been treated by Baldwin Brothers. They tout care and professionalism. I am left to wonder, why my family and our loved one did not get
  the "professionalism" that other families experienced. Our experience was that of unprofessionalism and excuse after excuse. We should have never entrusted our loved one to this organization. We were assured from the beginning that our loved one would be in the care of Baldwin Brothers for the entire time. This was not true in our case. They use an outside company, a third party to transport the body. These are people who do not work for Baldwin Brothers. I encourage you and your family to go elsewhere. Avoid Baldwin Brothers because your family and loved one deserve better. Look for more to be posted later regarding our situation. We have sought outside counsel.

  My husband and I worked with Yvonne in the Wildwood and Tavares locations to discuss our cremation plans and final resting place. Yvonne was such a delight to work with. She was very knowledgeable and explained our options and helped us decide which plan would best work for us. It was such a pleasure working with Yvonne. We would definitely recommend Baldwin Brothers and Yvonne.

  I cannot express my graditude and appreciation of and for Yvonne. She came to our home when due to a medical problem my wife was unable to go out. She explained everything in terms that we understood and went over several parts more than once. and the few recommendations she made were logical and not just to increase our cost. I really appreciated that. Besides being very professional, she was friendly and down to earth.
  
  I am very pleased that we did business with Baldwin Brothers and feel very confident that when the time comes we will be well taken care of. I don't believe that you can ask for more than that.
