      I attempted to cancel service via the provided number multiple times, leaving voicemails yet never receiving a return call. Months later, after we had moved out and still not received a returned call, I received a **** for the 90 day period after we had moved out and had no longer used their trash service.I left the old empty cans on the curb prior to leaving and the new owners set up service prior to moving in.

      American Disposal services severely declined through the pandemic, as many businesses suffered. However, after repeated attempts to continue supporting them through tough times while rarely receiving the service we were paying for, we finally canceled. Everyone on our street has slowly converted to an alternate service. Their cans have been in front of our house for over a month with repeated calls to have them picked up. Each time they say the cans will be gotten in X days, never following through. I want these cans removed but have no path for recourse. Please help!

      In March of 2019, we signed a commercial contract with Amer Disposal of Georgia for weekly service. $119/mo. For three years, they issued modest rate increases. Their fuel charges are separate and increase according to the price of diesel gas. Our contract was set for renewal in March of 2022. In January of 2022, our rate was increased substantially. $17 month which with the other increases, brought the total to slightly over $157/mo. We did not complain in attempts to "understand" other businesses and their operational costs. However, this month the increased us again and this time by over $23/mo bringing our monthly **** over $180/mo (a 52% increase from inception.). When I called to discuss it, I was told - You are under contract and we can raise the rates. They also have an extremely hefty penalty to cancel early. They added these huge increases after renewal on purpose.They are price gouging in this economy... I'd reiterate their fuel charge is separate. This is excessive and strategically done after the renewal of a new term.We'd like to be released from this company contract.

      This company charged for Trash pickup weekly, and recycling pick up every other week. For 2 months my recycling was not picked up. My trash pickup is almost always late, picked up on Saturday instead of Friday. I finally went to another company, but cannot get in touch with anyone at this company to talk to, to cancel service. They have no answering service for Residential and I have left 2 messages on their commercial answering service. I have texted them, when you could text they have since removed this service. Most days when I call, the line is always busy. I have called for 4 weeks and have had no success in cancelling my service. There is no way to get in touch with anyone at this company. I have not paid my last invoice, since I no longer use this service, but I am terrified they will drop my credit rating. I need help with this business. They are horrible and should not be allowed to service anyone. Please ****** this company and see how many people are complaining about them.

      AMERICAN TRASH HAS MISSED OUR RECYCLE TRASH AND EVERYONE IN OUR DEVELOPMENT WINCHESTER MANOR IN *************************** for THE LAST SIX MONTHS PLUS. WE HAVE HAD POSSUMS AND RATS IN OUR GARBAGE AS THE RECYLE SITS OUTSIDE FOR WEEKS.       I have attempted to contact American Disposal for weeks. I can not get them to answer phone or respond to online request. They constantly have neglected to pickup regular trash, also recycling.. I have a large credit with American Disposal due to an error in bank automated payment. I contacted them regarding a refund several months ago. I was assured a refund would would be mailed. I have never received this and its impossible to contact them further for this refund. My request at this time. Refund of credit they are holding, and cancelling of recycling ONLY. Regular trash to continue at this time until I can make other arrangements. Please help me get this large credit returned. Thank you.

      I had been a customer of ADS for 9 yrs, until recently. So many no-shows of our garbage pick-up date. I've called to complain about the trucks not showing up. They have nothing other to say except "due to circumstance beyond our control". They have never once credited my account for services not received. I cancelled my account with them on June 22. They were supposed to pick up their cans from my curb on July 15, no show, then on July 19, no show, then on July 22, again no show. My HOA is threatening ME with a fine due to something that is beyond my control. I have called numerous times, emailed and placed my complaint on their ******** page. I do not were else to turn. I just need their cans removed from my curb.

      American Waste Disposal Services. ************. ************. We requested an ADDITIONAL garbage bin. They gave us a recyclable smaller garbage bin. They said to use this as a garbage bin and itll also get picked up. These people not only have not picked up our garbage from this bin we have made repeated call attempts to them to get it picked up and nothing has been happening for a month. This company needs to be put out of business. They are horrible and at this point fraudulent - collecting money but providing no or limited services. Calling attorney general because I dont understand how they are getting away with such poor business practices while serving an entire community.
