      A month of trash service missed plus a myriad of other issues until I finally cancelled my service. That wasn't the end however, they then missed 5 separate dates to pick up my trash can. Each time resulting in me calling them with the service reps guaranteeing they will pick it up and call me back. Neither ever happened and now I am permanently stuck with a trash can. This company is the most incompetent I've ever dealt with.

      This is the most inconsistent company I have EVER worked with. Our trash hasn't been picked up for 8 day and the excuse was they couldn't get in. HOWEVER, they came over the weekend and dumped one neighbor trashand LEFT the other 28 homes. They cannot reach their drivers directly, we are leaving after a 5yr tumultuous relationship with American Disposal a.k.a Waste Connections

      This company misses our trash EVERY week.. we leave the trash cans out all week waiting for them to pick it up and they do not come unless we call to complain. Even then they do not come until 2 days later.

      Will be cancelling my service - this is by far the worst trash removal company I have had the displeasure of dealing with.The lack of service, extraordinarily slow response to requests and changes, and countless times they have inexplicably "skipped" service at our residence is worthy of being called a scam. The complete lack of attentiveness and customer service is honestly impressive.Any other industry and this company would have been out of business years ago, yet instead they coordinated with their competition to raise prices and cut the services provided to customers in half.Good riddence.

      Cancelled services January 31,2024,they were supposed to pick them up February 13th my cans are always out the night before, this is exactly how I do my trash and they said my cans were not outside how when they were right at the curb where it says american disposal on the side?!? Called again in March and pickup was for April 1st once again no-one picked the cans up! Please come get yall doggone cans, I am tired of looking at them on the side of my house.

      CONSTANT Problems with missed trash pickup on scheduled days. You never know when to leave the trash bin out for pickup, or pull back in, to avoid complaints from your HOA. American Disposal, now Waste Connections of GA missed our trash pickup again on 3/12/2024, so I called the same day to have them come out to retrieve the missed pickup and to cancel service. I was told we need to wait up to 48 hours for the missed pickup, so service would be cancelled on Thursday instead. Once they saw ***************** on the account, the retrieval team did not come out as promised within the 48 hrs. so called again and demanded they get it on Friday! This company is now going to charge me 2 extra service days due to their missed pickup! Also, I had a scheduled date for them to retrieve their 96 gal bin on Tuesday 3/19/2024, but they rescheduled the pickup the night before without notifying me and pushed the bin retrieval out 2 weeks until April 2, 2024! We now have their old trash bin and the new one from another company by our house. I only found out about the reschedule, because I called again to complain about their lack of service, which no matter how many times you request a manager, youl never get to talk to one. I also have a credit on the account due to paying monthly instead of quarterly, so Im hoping this does not lead to a fight of getting back our money. This company itself is TRASH!BBB really needs to stop forcing us to select a star to post. This company does NOT deserve one!

      One star is a lot! Please help ******** area to get a good trash collection service company. Since Waste Management merged to American Disposal Services of ** ,is the worst service ever. Never on time, leaving trash behind, changing rules whenever don't have drivers because don't pay them well with no benefits, having extra charges fees, worst customer service ever, overpriced for the service. PLEASE , PLEASE, PLEASE HELP!

      No longer anything this company can do for me. They have lost me as a customer, and I want to make sure others are aware of how poorly this place runs.It started with at least once a month, pickup would be missed on the pickup date. Annoying, as I am out of town a lot, and end up having to leave the cans out for days. It was nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get someone on the phone (although has been better lately). There were also rate increases with no warning. Finally got frustrated enough that I canceled service. Cancelation itself was fine, and set a date to remove my bins. They were never picked up; nor was I contacted with a new pickup date. Several days went by before I called. "Oh we are sorry, they ran out of time that day - You were rescheduled for XYZ". Would never have known the rescheduled date if I didn't call. Did not pick up on the 2nd date. Called again and emailed that if they were not picked up on the 3rd date, I would consider them abandoned property and dispose of them myself. Finally were picked up on 3rd date.When I canceled, I was due a pro-rated refund, as it was in the middle of my billing cycle. They told me this on the phone initially and said it takes 6-8 weeks to process. Fearing the usual incompetence, I called at the 6-week **** to check status. Got nothing but a "sir, it can be up to 8 weeks. Just be patient". At the 8-week **** I called again when I still did not have anything. Agent said she "put in a ticket for billing ***** and "would talk to them personally and call me back later that day". Never heard from her again. Waited a week each time and kept calling back with increasing frustration. The customer service agents are friendly but have 0 power or initiative to make anything happen. TWELVE weeks after cancellation I finally got the refund...after many phone calls/emails. Sick of hearing "understaffed" excuse. Stop accepting new customers if you cannot handle your current volume with the resources you have.

      Sorry for any confusion or inconvenience. I show you cancelled 11/16/2023 new billing did not happen until 12//2023 this is when the credit (refund) balance populated on the account. The refund was issued (check number ********) 1/31/2024. Our guideline is from 6-8 weeks not from request or cancellation but once the credit shows on the account. We show this check as being cashed 2/6/2024. Holiday will also cause delays. In December there was Christmas Holiday and New Years.

      I had an awful experience with this company. They have an app you use for communication. I had several issues with trash not getting picked up and issue was not resolved through the app,I had to call repeatedly. I sent email in app to cancel my service because I moved .6 weeks later I got an invoice . When I called them they said they never got email and charged me for the 6 weeks I was not living there and there was no trash. To pick up .very bad customer service

      Apologies for any inconvenience. Our system time stamps and sends us information on emails received. I am only seeing an email 1/11/2024. Our representative stopped the service on 1/11/2024 and the account was prorated for 1/12-2/29/24. Payment received was for 12/1/023-1/11/2024. Our policy for cancellations is to call into the office.
