      American Disposal Services been unable to provide on-time services for the past several months and increased rates regardless of that fact. On many ***************** was delayed and several times it NEVER occurred. Their arrogance and lack of customer service are the reason that most of my neighbors have moved to other providers; this week I joined them! This service cycle I DID NOT receive an invoice; at NO point in time did I agree to paperless billing. I received a "Service Suspend Notice" 14 days after a "paperless bill" that I DID NOT sign-up for. For anyone reading this review I suggest that you look elsewhere for your trash collection service.

      American Disposal Trash Services is the worst company for trash services. They tell you that they are going to pick up trash on certain days and dont do it. Then you have to call to have them pick up trash so I cancelled. Now, its been 2 weeks and so are supposedly so far behind they can pick up their own trash cans. Unbelievable. Come get you trash cans. I have called the back several times. Same answer we are so back up. Does that mean so many people are canceling their services. Each trash can is valued at $100. Hilarious.

      American disposal needs to go out of business. The service has been horrible for 8 years. This will be my last week using this sorry company. I should burn there trash bin. ******* ** area do not use this company.

      This is the worse garbage service in town. They have missed several pick *** with emails informing me that it will be the next day, a week later they are picking up trash. They leave our subdivision with garbage out front for days and its almost 100 degrees outside. They leave garbage in the streets sometimes, example the truck is too full and some of the garbage starts to fall out of it into the streets. When you call to speak with someone, it takes at least a half hour for someone to pick up. I canceled my service and asked them to pick up their garbage can. I was told they would pick it up, this past Monday. It is now Friday and still in my front yard.

      Terrible company and customer service. Stay away! They never respond to emails or return calls when they promised they will. Supervisors are extremely rude and unprofessional, they will not hear your complain, but just keep talking over you! They will take your money and not provide the services you paid for.

      This company has missed or skipped trash and recycling services repeatedly. When contacted via their online form to report a missed service, they do not respond after multiple complaints. There is no customer support email address listed on their website. When you try to call, an automated message hangs up on you after saying theyre busy, no matter what time of day you call. I pay extra for recycling, but my recycling pick up has been missed for 8 weeks. To cancel service, they require a phone call or written email to cancel, however, there is no way to leave a voicemail, they dont pick up calls, and there is no email address listed. So essentially, theres no way to cancel service. This creates a situation where elderly people and those with disabilities can easily be preyed on by a company that takes your money but doesnt render services, and has no clear way to cancel a contract.
