      Their service was poor, it was impossible to get someone on the phone and in general they are just a terribly run company. I discontinued my service with American Disposal and settled my final bill almost 3 years ago... Three months after I terminated they sent me a BS bill for $17.00. I called and their customer service rep said they would remove the charge. Each month I still get an invoice and a late fee. They are terrible. Go somewhere else and you will be happy you did.

      Careless, lazy pathetic service. We havent had our dumpster emptied twice this week (Monday and Wednesday) May 15 and 17. This is unacceptable!

      American Disposal has been charging me a container insurance fee on a container that I stopped service on in 2017. They have continued to fraudulently charge this fee for an imaginary container for the last 6 years. I only just realized this as I thought the insurance fee would be removed once I canceled the service for the container however this was not the case. I contacted the customer service **** who continued to recite "corporate policy states I can only credit you for the last quarter and prorate this quarter, then going forward that charge will be removed". The customer service rep can see this charges dating back years but of course cannot do anything. I asked to speak to a higher up but was told there is no manager over them and there is no one else I can speak with. It is not about the money involved it is about the principle. I wonder how many customers have been paying small fees like this without realizing they are being charged for services they are not receiving. This can equate to large sums of money overtime and this company is getting away with it. I just feel it is sad and there is no loyalty to loyal customers.

      American Disposal Service in ******* ** has failed numerous times for the picking of my schedule Friday trash date. I have had services with this company since October 2020 and I am still having problems with my pick up service. Every time I call to complain about my trash not being picked up they have a same lame excuse about their drivers, needing better workers or just we are sorry and they will get your trash the next following week....mind you my payment since October 2020 has never been missed. Can someone please help me so I can speak to someone in the corporate department to address this situation? This company deserves an F for failure to produce the product the customer is paying for and a bigger F for failure to provide customer service in a honest and descent manner.

      :This incident happened at around 8:30 this morning (1/18/23). While I was inside my house, we began hearing a very loud truck horn being continuously leaned on. When I went outside, an American Disposal garbage truck was in front of our house. Some work trucks were parked legally and properly on the side of the street opposite us. Apparently, this garbage man was unhappy about this. While he could have easily gone around them, he thought it best to cause a scene and show his displeasure by leaning on his horn for over the course of a minute. I went outside and motioned for him to please stop doing this as it was extremely loud and we had our newborn baby sleeping. I asked him to perhaps get out and speak to the men rather than continuing to blast his horn at them. He proceeded to ask me in a very hostile manner Whatd you say to me?! and I repeated myself. He then unbelievably got out of his truck, and as he began walking toward me in my driveway yelled at me to come over here tough guy and say that to my face. He was challenging me to actually come physically fight him. It was at that point that my wife came out to get me inside, as she could see the situation had gotten bizarrely out of hand and things were escalating quickly between us. I took down the truck number and began calling American Disposal to report what was an obviously insane and utterly unbelievable incident from one of their employees who was on the job. While I was on hold, my wife wisely convinced me to hang up due to this gentleman being a clearly unhinged individual who now knew where we lived. So I didnt report the incident due to the fact that it could have potentially put my family in danger were this unwell gentleman to get fired and decide to retaliate on my family. We left American Disposal over a year ago due to their rising costs and consistent ineptness across the board, but never would I have imagined that they would employ an individual such as this person.

      Unprofessional extortionists. They lie to other companies about having contracts with neighborhoods that hold no HOA. Dishonest is the kindest thing I can say. Their customer service needs to be investigated for fraud.

      Horrible customer service. Scheduled Thursday pick-up; however, you cannot depend on the schedule. They may come on friday or even Saturday. On some pick-up weeks they do not show at all. One of the busiest days of the year is right after Christmas. They did not show up. I called and no one picked-up from customer service, I sent an email to customerservicega@ waste connections as requested and they responded the next day by saying they missed the route and would pick up that day; they did not and dis not pick up the next day. They showed up the day before the next weeks scheduled pick-up. Then I cancel and what do they tell me, you owe us $14.00. For what, a missed pick-up. They charge almost $100 for 3 months service but you cannot depend on them. They should not be in business. I'm required to give a star, but even one star is too much for this outfit.

      This company is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. We made a payment for three months of service and they claim we never made that payment. We provide proof of payment from our bank and even screenshots of the transaction to their business, from our accounts. They were unable to locate it. We contacted them SEVERAL TIMES, and got the run around. **************** reps literally lying on the phone about people not being out of the office when we literally just spoke to them 5 min before, lying about not being able to transfer calls even though we were transferred every phone call for two weeks prior. Just the lack of integrity to handle our issue, call us back, respond to our emails, I am unsure how this is a legitimate business. Management should be ashamed in how they are operating and treating their customers. I have socialized our issue with other neighbors and majority of our neighbors have had horrible experiences as well. I do not recommend this company and hope someone investigates their billing practices.

      Worst Trash pick up company ever! They keep trying to charge me for bogus yard waste pickup and tired to lie and me that Prince ******* County mandates the charge. What a crock of BS. I was on phone for almost 60 minute waiting to talk to a person just to be told this lie. PWC webe site specifically states that residents can choose to take care of their own yard waste as they see fit. On top of this for this entire year they have skipped picking up my trash at lease once a week. If I leave it out sometimes they come back the next day and get it then sometimes they don't. I canceled their service they proceeded to send me a pro rated bill for this same yard waste pick up service that I never asked for. I AM NOT PAYING IT!

      The worst company. calling them takes more than 45 minutes(over 65 people on hold)the receptionists don't know what they are doing. when you ask to be transferred to the manager two things happen either they transfer you and what you get is an answering machine and they will never call you back OR they will put you on hold for a few minutes and then they tell you he is busy I will Email him with your info and he will call you back. Guess what NO CALL. FOUR weeks of no service for my trash. Worst part adding fees for being late when they don't even try to solve the problem. Another problem that I have is, charging me the old higher price even though they know they have changed to one day a week pick up and lowered the fee by a few dollars.
