      1 -26-2022 and still waiting for almost 3 thousand dollar check..I have called multiple times. It doesn't take that long to send a check

      We can not locate an "****** ********" in our system.  If she could please provide an account number or vehicle identification number (VIN) so we can properly investigate her complaint.  She can also call the company's Assistant General Counsel, *******, at ************ to provide her social security number.

      I have been contacting select management resources for four months regarding my surplus check that is owed to me. I get no information, transferred to a voicemail that never calls back and am told they will "send an email to their supervisor". FOUR months is too long. They have received their funds, why have they not sent me mine? This is very shady.

      My car was sold by this company and I was told I will receive a check in the mail with the remainder that was owed to me. I received this letter from this company dated 9/3/2024. When I call to check the status I get nothing but attitude and hung up on. Its been almost 6 months!!! Where is MY check? These people are unprofessional and rude, and uncouth. I believe my check is just sitting there and they are not sending it out INTENTIONALLY

      I am rejecting this response because:
      No wrong doing? No wrong doing? So associates hanging up in my face is no wrong doing? Waiting 6 MONTHS for an update is no wrong doing. It didnt take Yall long to take and sell MY car but when it comes to the money owed to me Yall took Yall own sweet time. And when I call the NUMBER PROVIDED to me for answers associates are rude and dont know whats going on.

      Again, the company operates in strict compliance with state and federal laws and has committed no wrongdoing.  The employees adamantly deny being rude to Ms. **** and the company is not aware of any other customer services complaints against them.       My car was repossessed and sold at Auction in Dec 2024. I was sent a general letter saying my car would be sold after November 2024 and it was, but the I never received the information giving the time, date and location of the sale to be able to purchase it back at the ********** the time the initial letter was received the car had been sold Dec 6, 2024. It was sold for more than what was owed and Select Management now owes me between $5k - $6k minus any auction fees.I called about the overage amount and was told by ***** at ************ that ***** over in a different department handles the processing of the overages. I was transferred to ***** and her attitude was horrible and lacked professionalism. I inquired about when my check would be processed since the file had been closed out and they knew the exact amount owed to me. She stated there were so many others from 2 years ago that had not been processed and she didn't know when I would receive my money.*****, claims she went to the ** *** of the company because he was the only one who could process those claims but he is always gone out of the office and there is nothing they can do.I have called at least 1 or twice a week until I get a reach someone because you will never receive a phone call from anyone or any communication. I was once again told they are trying to process the check but can give no other reason as to why it can't be done.***** eventually hung up in my face when I kept asking who else do I need to speak to that can give a solid answer as to why and she stated *** is the ONLY person that can give any information.These people have to be held accountable for their unethical actions. This company is sitting on people's money probably collecting interest due to the number of people owed. I do plan on filing with the ***** who I know will investigate and uncover some very shady practices and also filing a complaint with the attorney General here in ***** as well as in *******.

      As of Feb 11, 2025, there is no confirmed tracking information to confirm the check has been sent out.  I will be filing a complaint with the *** (************************ as well as the **** (************************************).

      This is the typical response that has been given to each client that is owed money.  If this check is not received by end of the week or a tracking number doesn't confirm that it has actually been sent, I will be filing another complaint and taking legal action.

      This company bought my car over 6 months ago. Sent me a letter saying they owe me a refund. Now they never answer the calls or return them. I will not go away until I am paid what I'm owed. I have all documentation to proceed to court. If this is not resolved by September ****** I am moving forward with legal actions towards the company

      I received a letter stating they had sold my vehicle and there was a balance owed to me that I need to call and collect. I called and they said it would arrive but nothing as of yet still. They are rude and liars.

      I received a car title loan in 2023 and was unable to make the payments. I voluntarily relinquished the vehicle and it was sold at an auction in October of 2023. From the date of sale I've reached out to the company to receive the check owed to me (approximately $5,000). I received a letter in the mail June 4, 2024 stating the check would be mailed after I made a call to claim. To date, I have not received the check and they can not provide a tracking number.

      My car was sold at auction almost two years ago. I received a letter about my money I have been calling and calling and calling its been almost 2 years! I want my money! This is ridiculous! No manager has ever called me theres never an update and the people who work there are rude and hang up on you.

      We borrowed $5000 on the title of our truck. Our truck was picked up on 01/30/2023, auctioned on 02/28/2023. A check was mailed out on 03/01/2023. I received a letter that was dated 05/09/2023 stating that I needed to call to claim my money in the amount of $13,121.87. I called on 05/15/2023 to claim my funds. I have called many times after the initial call and to no avail I have not received nothing. Their response is that it is in the process and working on it. I have asked to speak to a manager and they are never available. I have left messages requesting them to call me back and they never returned my calls. I am so frustrated that I have not received nothing and it has been over a year. I am sure who it was that spoke to but I was told that they would call me when the check is mailed out. I was also told that they may not have the money to pay us. AND I WANT MY MONEY.
