      Cannot reach customer service or get anyone to help resolve issue.Placed order in beginning of November and the item has not yet been picked up from *** for delivery.I can only view the tracking number and the date of shipment changes every day.Called the local store where the shipment was to go and they cannot help me.

      Like other reviews posted, I placed an order online for $204 and upon arrival half of my order was missing ($109 ham). I've tried calling/emailing but have not been able to reach anyone. I'm requesting a refund for the item never shipped (whole boneless ham).

      I placed an order late last night. I was sent an email stating the shipping was $64.99. I called first thing this morning and asked them to cancel my order. They said it was too late to cancel the order and there was nothing they would do. I asked to talk to a supervisor and the 1st person said it wont do any good she will tell you the the same thing. The supervisor said the order has been processed and there was nothing she could do. This company has ZERO customer service. The supervisor did not try to help me in any way.

      I drove 25 minutes to pick up 12 ham sliders. The people working there keep on complaining that they were tired and ready to go home. I got home and I was ready to bake them. When I looked at them they only had one a very small piece of ham. The advertising picture shows several pieces of ham on them. Totally disappointed ??

      I canceled preorder on oct 3 2022. I did a loan through a payment plan. They returned the money to the third party I had payment plan through, except 1 cents. Third party cant cancel my payment plan due to this hold of 1cent. I have tried contacting honeyham district office many times no answer so I left messages. Still received no response to my issue. Im trying to get my loan closed. Still no answer!
