    Protronda K 2/4/23 I've been trying to explain to customer service that in Sept 2022 my car was broken into. Purse, cell phone and all valuable items were stolen. Police reports were filed. I reported bank accounts, debit cards and check books were used by the theives. I had to have everything replace. Now that I have everything done **** has refused to mobile deposit or mobile check deposit any of my paychecks or any other checks from all of my debit card accounts. I have tried sending **** emails on this issue but I have no response from anyone trying to update my information or anything.

    Attempted to cash a check, which Ive had no issues with before. Voided and everything and it was not supported. Waited on hold for over 1.5 hours and continued to get hung up on to resolve the issue. **** wrote me another check and continued to contact them via email and phone and received responses not associated to the issue. First check was cleared and deposited into my account today without notice and when called the resolve this issue and to have check refunded was hung up on again.

    I would give zero stars. Tried adding a check to Venmo and after writing void on check got an error message so now I have a good check that is voided and Ive been trying to get ahold of them for over 2 hours with no luck. After looking at other reviews of the company this seems to have happened to a lot of people after writing void on the check. How theres no lawsuit against this company is beyond me

    This place is no good at all had me write void on the check and now it won't get accepted I called and I was on hold for almost 1hr why do banks or whatever they are, are able to stay in business just waisting peoples time

    Absolutely horrible. Do not use! Had me write VOID on a check they had accepted.Then closed my account. **************** does not exist.

    I wish I could leave zero stars... Closed my account after I followed all of their directions. Then would not even explain to me why they closed my account and will not reopen it.

    I would rather have put no stars but because I had to pick one star to write a review please someone explain to me why this place is still in business how do they call their selfs a check cashing business when Looking at every review and personal experience they do no such thing I would truly like to know who has ever been able to cash a check with these people and it's always the samething with these people unable to verify my identity but the *** has been verifying my identity for 41yrs please close this place down and get a company who wants to do their job

    Like every other comment...they deny the check and then close your account!!!!this place should be shut down they ruin people's integrity due to faulty services.

    Tried depositing an unemployment check, they approved it so I voided the check then got an email saying it was rejected. Lets just say getting a replacement check requires an MBA. The hassle has been just crazy. Now when I log in they have taken the service away, not that I think I would ever use it again as it cant be trusted. They are now making me feel like a scammer or a thief. I would never recommend them or this service again.
