    So definitely zero stars ! They made me write void on my check and then after denying it and me contacting some customer support they CLOSED MY ACCOUNT !!! So I wasted a perfectly good check which is 100% legit since they wanna claim Im doing suspicious activity they can go ahead and contact my employer if need be. How they dont have a lawsuit is insane and best believe I wont let this go and will figure out a way to get a lawyer because this is robbery. Theyve done this to several people !

    Terrible customer service. I'm constantly overcharged on check cashing fees and there's no way to fix it in the app, many of them that they have absolutely refused to refund. Currently having the same issue again and instead of giving me my money back they want to give a promo code to add the money to my next deposit although I never want to use their service again.

    Opened an account. No guidance at all. Was told I needed a picture of my voided check. Upon submission of the picture, they told me I was a risk and they were closing my account. Attempt to call customer service. Times went from 24, to ******. Then they jumped to an hour and 20! This is a garbage company.

    -Terrible **************** -Emails are the same copy and paste nonanswer, nonspecific, answers -Their website "support" is the same copy and paste nonanswer, nonspecific answers -Calling them results in 30+ minute "holds" while you can hear them breathing through their phone while this annoying "we appreciate your patience" message plays every 30 seconds, and even still the person you get will not resolve your issue whatsoever and tell you what you got in the emails and website support. Also, they will not give you to their manager to help and will come up with excuses as to why, such as "They are in a meeting".-Checks don't deposit -I was using them through PayPal and I was able to get two $50 checks to go through them but anything over was a no go, they denied it and claimed it posed too much of a "risk" for them to approve and that I should try elsewhere, what's the point of them then?-Even worse integration/software -Since I was using PayPal, Ingo automatically made me an account with them as soon as I tried to deposit a check through them. The issue? They used the email on my PayPal account but did not give me a password. I tried to reset the Ingo password using that email but no password reset email was sent. So I tried to set up my account, thinking I didn't already have one. When I tried, the account already existed even though I never made one. So they have an account with my email on it, but I don't have a password, nor can I reset the password since their password reset button doesn't actually send a password reset link.-Somehow worse check delivery times -They have a free 10 day check delivery time, which most major banks will do in 2-3 days for free, having to wait 10 days for small checks is unacceptable, when I deposited 2 $50 checks I had to wait the full 10 days. -They have checks in minutes but it cost 5% of the value of the check -Basically don't use them unless last resort.

    Unprofessional, incompetent and unreliable. A support member reset my account password and provided me with a new temporary one with 0 prior authentication. Seriously? Also, my account was closed after trying to cash a check as usual due to "exceeding their risk criteria". They refused to tell me about their "risk criteria" or how I had exceeded it. There's a real issue when you're barred from a service after using it as intended. How did such an unreliable company grow so large?

    If I could do zero stars I would I'm glad that I'm not the only one with the same issue of not being able to cash a check but it's stupid at the same time they blocked my account because they think something that happend years ago was fishy and I asked them what it was and the couldn't tell me any reason as to why this company is a joke and I have never heard of them until now

    It's horrible they mess with you and really s**** you up. They want you write void on checks and then reject them. The last 8 checks that are completely legitimate have been turned down for no apparent reason. I would never do business with a bank that used them.

    Worst customer service everan issue which they have not identified to me has my account on hold for 3 months now. ******** services is almost impossible to contact and when you are able to reach them they are not responsive.

    I have had no issues with this company for over 5 yrs. I have been kicked out of my account with ****. Pay pal and my oxygen bank account. I have bounced my car insurance and can't have access to my funds!! I'm confused and irritated

    I've had no problems til now cashing a check. They're trying to tell me that my check isn't in my name and that they couldn't find my account. Uh, my name has been ************************* for the last 59 years. I know my address and personal information. I can't make that up. Smh. I even sent pictures of my check, front and back and my ID and my signature on my check is the same as MY signature on my ID. I really wanted to give ZERO stars. Can't fix STUPID.
