      I was charged $153.00 to my credit card and I don't know why. I have no record of any citation.I have received no communications from ******** about the charge.I can't get anyone to pick up the phone or respond to requests. I have no idea what this is for or how they charged my credit card without permission. I was in GA traveling and decided to take ***** train for first time. I asked for assistance at airport on apprpriate train to take and to get ticket. I paid upfront for roud trip ticket to go to hotel and back to airport.The Ticket seemed to work fine both ways. I am back home and see a $153 charge from NCOURT-DP and have no idea what the charge is for. I wasn't driving so I can only guess it is ***** related. NCOURT has not picked up phone after multiple attempts to reach them and over an hour on hold.

      This amount is associated with a citation payment made by **** ****** that was processed to the **** Municipal court- Washington.The payment was submitted on 12/13/2024, in the amount of $145.00 with nCourts processing fee of $8. Per our records, it appears that cardholder did not interact with a representative from the merchant but entered the payment online instead. Before a payment can be submitted through our systems, the payer had to agree to our terms agreement and provide information associated with the card being used. Per court polices, once obligations to the courts are paid, those funds are not refundable. Payer was electronically notified of this transaction via the email address they provided at the time of the payment: (*****************************).

      I ******** L ********, paid N Court $431.00 to pay a fine to a court in ****** Tx, the fine was never paid due to N Court not having any business association with this particular court,the fine was suppose to be paid in June 14 2024 and never was, to this date I have not received a refund,N Court replied waiting on individual to cash a check,how can you cash a check you never received,I would prefer they send BBB a certified copy of the check and mail the check to my home address,please don't believe the lies,this company replies with to the BBB,I've not received anything and it has been several months now,not to mention the stress and financial burden it has caused me,I'd really appreciate it if ******** ****** and the N Court association will resolve this dispute immediately.       ******** ******** paid Winkler County Justice of Peace, ** for a citation on 6/14/2024 in the amount of $431.00.  The court did reject the payment on 8/10/24.  This initiated a refund directly back to the original payment method, but the refund failed to go through automatically.  When a refund fails to process automatically,nCourt LLC provides a manual check to the card holder.  Check ********* was sent to the address below, however, the card holder was unable to cash the check.  We are stopping payment on ********* and re-issuing another check.

      I paid N-Court a fee, for a citation I received and paid the court through this entity,they paid the wrong court system and now refuse to refund my money.

      ******** ******** paid citation ***** to the Winkler County Justice of Peace, ***** on 6/14/2024 in the amount of $431.00 with a $21.55 service fee.  Winkler County Justice of Peace declined the payment on 8/10/2024 which initiated a refund back to the card holder ******** ********.  The automated refund failed to return the funds to the original payment method, so a manual check was requested.  Check #********* was mailed to the ********************************* at ************************************************ on 9/12/2024.  The refund has been issued as requested and awaiting ******** ******** to cash the check.

      A duplicate payment was made to this company we recieved an email saying it was being refunded and we still have not recieved the refund. The company is saying that the court is responsible for the refund, the court says they never recieved the money that it was sent back to the company, the company has stated that the credit card company is responsible for the refund, the credit card company says they never got the money back, the company says they dont do refunds that it had to come from the court this is a never ending circle and it is over $1200.00 that is supposed to be refunded I have the email stating Im getting refunded, I have the email showing where the court rejected the payment and I have my credit card statement showing no refund has been made.

Please be informed that the transactions in question involved a payment to the ***********, ** Bonds for payment transaction # ****************.  *********************************** made two payments on 2/3/2024 for ******** and a service fee of ***** each.  ***********, GA Bonds rejected the second payment on 3/20/2024 that should have resulted in a refund;however, *********************************** had previously filed a chargeback on 2/27/24 resulting in a denied refund.    The chargeback is currently in representment and being reviewed by the issuer.  If the case is closed in ************************** favor, he will then receive a refund upon the issuers final decision.

      I have a charge on our company credit card account dated 04/02/2024 for $549.38 we did not make nor authorize. I have been on hold with the automated system for NCOURT for over 45 minutes.

Please be informed that the transactions in question involved a payment at the counter to the ******************************** -P&R Rentals,GA by the cardholder Extreme Powersports -******************* ****** for payment transaction # *********.  ******************* ****** was a willing participant who received the benefit of the transaction. ******************* ****** made the payments at the counter through a terminal.  Per payment records attached,the cardholder actively participated in the transaction and per standard protocol, a state-issued ID was required and verified before processing the credit card payment. We believe that the transaction was legitimate per the payment records attached.

      two charges appeared on my statement. First dated 3/19/24 for ***** and second on 4/3/24 for *****. This was to Ncourt*Fibrevardswp *************. I did not use my card to pay for these transactions because I never used this "company" to make any transaction. This is fraud and I want the person responsible for committing the fraud arrested.

      When checking the amount of cash my wife and I had remaining until payday this week, I opened my bank app and the account was overdrawn, but how? While going through the transactions I seen a charge for $24.99 from a NCOURT neither me nor my wife authorized this fee nor were we aware of it or know where it came from.
