1 starThey arrived with the strong odor of Marijuana, they looked at my sofa and determined it will not fit through the door. I then asked them to please take the mattress up, and of course I had to help in that. Then they started with items that require 1 person to carry and both took ends. It was at this point I had enough and sent ***************** a away . Also my downstairs neighbor thought we were smoking Marijuana in the halland threatens to call the landlord. I hate the smell and those 2 guys leaked. P.s. the only reason I give it a star is because it won't post.Review fromRenee M

I recently had the pleasure of working with Load Up, and I can't recommend them enough! I needed two old mattresses removed while I was out of town, and the entire experience was seamless. They kept me updated on the timing, so I never had to worry, even though I wasnt home.The Load Up team was incredibly friendly and efficient. They took care of everything quickly and respectfully, making the process stress-free. Plus, their pricing was far more affordable than the quotes I received from three other companies. It was honestly a great value for the quality of service they provided.If youre looking for a reliable, friendly, and budget-friendly junk hauling service, I highly recommend Load Up. Their team went above and beyond, and Ill definitely be using them again in the future!

I set up an appointment several days in advance for a job to be done any time between 8AM and 12 noon. The morning-of the driver informed me that he would be "late", which I was understanding of, and then around 5PM informed me that he would not be coming that day but instead the following day. He finally showed up over 24 hours past our scheduled appointment to retrieve 2 items. I try and be patient and understanding when dealing with companies and the people that work there, but being 24 hours late to the job and wasting my entire day waiting for an appointment that wasn't going to happen is unacceptable.When he finally arrived the driver was very kind and apologetic, but this is not a company I would use again.LoadUp

Late 2 hrs, too costly for a 30 minute job. The website doesn't give an estimate before committing you to payment. It was misleading, thinking it was a ************* but instead they are in *******LoadUp

1 starAbsolutely the worst app for jobs I have ever used. They held my pay after doing jobs, made bogus refund fees, and shady compliance department. Their app ratings and reviews should tell you everything you need to know.
