Before I hired LoadUp, I looked up their reviews online. I noted that others had problems with the company not showing up on time or not showing up at all. LoadUp always points out that their contract covers them, but not the customer, no matter what. Because they have a good BBB rating, I decided to try them anyway. We were under a tight timeline, and were told that the loading guys would arrive between 8-12am. On the day we were to load up, at 8:30am, I received a call from one of the loaders telling me that they were putting oil in their vehicle and were 3 hours out. They told me they would arrive at 11:30am. I told them that 11:30am would work, but the sooner the better. They agreed to be at our place by then. After 12:00pm, I called them and learned that they were still approximately 100 miles away. As we couldn't wait, I told them to cancel the service and explain to the company why we shouldn't be charged. I then called the company directly. As I had noted from other customers, ********************** absolutely refused to completely refund the charges. They told me they could never guarantee that they would arrive on the date/time promised. They also called the loaders who lied to them and told them that I had agreed to them showing up after 11:30am - which was absolutely not true. I asked LoadUp why they felt that customers had to follow the contract, but they didn't have to follow the contract they had with the customer. There was no answer forthcoming. I can't recommend this company.LoadUp

This company is an absolute mess and a disaster. DO NOT USE THEM. I booked days ago for a washer and dryer to be removed from my house, moved to my husbands residential cleaning business, and then have his old washer and dryer taken away to be disposed of. I was given a window of 12 to 4 on a Saturday afternoon. By 3 oclock, in checking the tracking on the email they provided confirming my appointment, no update at all. I contacted customer service, and they said they couldnt find a loader and asked me to postpone until 8 PM or reschedule. Yet even with that they could not guarantee they could find a loader. I had already paid them and I paid them an amount which the sales *** initially quoted and guaranteed , turns out he screwed up the rate which was lower than the email after the initial call, but Loadup pulled the call conversations and honored the low rate. I texted and called about my scheduled appointment, no one had an answer , said theyd keep escalating. They kept asking me to reschedule , but still could not guarantee they could find a loader for any time. This company is a disaster, their communication is horrendous, not only between the customers but amongst themselves. Shame on the owner of this company with their many organizational faults, including Dispatch and Sourcing, who puts customer service ***s in the front line of customers like me with a horrendous experience, They accept and confirm appointments, and cant fulfill the schedule or find loaders to complete the jobs that they commit to. It is incredibly inconvenient and unprofessional for a service provider to leave me hanging like that especially after I already paid and planned my day around their schedule. Communication and reliability are crucial in a business situation as this, and its disappointing they could not deliver as promised. Its unfortunate when companies fail to meet customer expectations.i have all texts and emails for record purposes.BEWARE OF THIS COMPANYLoadUp

Appreciated the pricing transparency, very reasonable pricing (much better than You Got Junk and the 5 others I reviewed) and the clear and consistent communication from the time the order is placed through to the time the truck pulls away from your location. The two men sent to pick up my items were very professional, friendly, quick and efficient. They were a pleasure to deal with! (Shout out to ********* team!) 5 starsI had an emergency and had to get a dresser removed out of my apartment. ***** was able to come the very next day, early in the morning to get it. He notified me before to verify where the dresser was, when he was on the way, and after he picked it up. Very easy very kind. Would definitely recommend this business for any furniture removal.Not only was ***** great, I spoke with ****, who initially set up the appointment and he was excellent. **** made sure I had the right appointment information, to make the pick up as easy as possible.Review fromCarol L

What a joke I couldve done it myself with a friend they had no tools. I had to take the door off the freezer help him up with the freezer door. He brought a female partner with him, no prejudice, but she was quite out of shape so to speak, and I was more worried about her having a heart attack Than her helping himLoadUp

I scheduled my pick up almost a week ahead & on the day of said pick up I found out that this company didnt even have it dispatched to anyone and that I was going to have to wait 4 hours past my scheduled pick up to get a return because they allow THEMSELVES until 8pm before they issue a refund!! So I couldnt schedule with a more reputable company for same day & had to cross my fingers that the furniture would be gone. Quite possibly the worst business model Ive ever come across! Will NEVER use againLoadUp

5 starsQuick and easy. Costs a few bucks, but what doesn't for good service. Load Up used Waste Warriors for our pick up and the owner *** was great. Kept us updated on his schedule and he didn't mess around. Got it done in no time and was very personable. Way to go **** keep it up.
