Communication and flexibility were good. Two gentlemen came when scheduled and removed lots of heavy items. They were polite and efficient. Cost was reasonable. I would use them again.LoadUp

This company was great. We booked the service for pick up yesterday and their pick up guy, ************ arrived today. *********** was quick, professional and considerate of the property. Highly recommend and would use them again.LoadUp

The crew that eventually showed up was great, but this is a very dishonest company.The time frames mean nothing. They can show up anytime from 8am- 8pm. Want to cancel (after they miss a 4 hour window by an additional 4 hours) they charge you 50%.The supervisor has no power to do anything and lacks the absolute basic customer service skills.Any negative comments on ******** are deleted immediately. They are obviously skilled at covering up their shortcomings, but not solving actual customer issues.Find a local company, not some faceless company that just subs out work and puts the customer last.LoadUp

Booked it on Sunday (Sunday!), truck came Monday morning. ****** was very helpful on the phone, and ******** and his crew were polite and careful with our furniture. Would definitely recommend.LoadUp

Terrible. I paid up front and loader wasnt scheduled on time. Very bad customer service and will NOT issue a refund even if they dont show up within their scheduled window of time. Read their terms and services carefully and be very careful about paying up front for anything with this company. I learned my ****** thats for sure.LoadUp
