      I made a payment in office at the ****************** location in July 2022 for a balance related to an office visit that occurred in June 2022. I received an account statement at the end of July stating I owed the balance that I paid in office. I called the doctors office and they said they saw the payment and would get it applied. However, I got another statement at the end of August stating I still owed the balance after having paid it in office and called last month to have someone resolve the issue. I have paid the balance and want the office to correct their records.

      I am rejecting this response until I hear from the business that my account has been corrected. I have already spoken to the billing department weeks ago and the issue was not resolved. I would like to leave this case open until the matter is resolved.
