      I have seen many providers in the practice at different locations which is very convenient to me. All of my concerns were addressed at my visits and time taken to give me peace of mind regarding my care. I have not had a negative experience at any location. Friendly greeting from the staff, you are acknowledge as soon as you walk in, wait times are short to be seen, clinic is clean, check out process is easy, short wait times if any at the lab. They have specialists that can see you same day and I was able to get x-ray and ultrasound in the office so I didn't have to worry about driving around to get these done.Great experience all around, nothing but great things to say and will continue my care here!

      Used to be a great practice with great doctors. I stopped going there around October/November 2021 because of a negative experience with a subpar Dr. *** my mom (who also used to see a Dr there) and I are both noticing shady practices from this group - scheduling random unprompted appointments with a threat of fines, random bills showing up in the mail for services not done, billing insurance company for services other that what my mom was seen for, no one in billing available at all to discuss ***************. Stay away. Also this needs to be reported

      I have concerns regarding the ethics of NAPC/SEMG's billing practices:
      I had an office visit back in March of 2022, during which I shared my concerns for chronic shoulder pain I'd been experiencing, thinking that was acceptable in a routine annual/wellness check. Apparently, my sharing anything unwell changes this visit from an annual to an office visit and I was charged a rather high fee. I argued with the lady from billing, but in the end I acquiesced, set up another 'wellness' check-up, got a referral for an x-ray, and later paid for the office visit and x-ray.
      Fast-forward 6 months, when I had a car again and could drive myself to get the x-ray. They said that my diagnosis was shoulder pain and the x-ray was treatment and that referrals for treatment have an expiration date. What? That was not communicated to me, nor is a symptom a diagnosis, nor is an x-ray considered by national medical organizations to be 'treatment.' I pointed out how illogical and unreasonable it all was, but, like before, the billing department would not budge (no matter how nonsensical and flimsy their argument). So I asked how much I'd be charged for another office visit, and if it was the same amount as before that I would not make the appt. The front desk clerk informed me and the woman from billing that it would only be a small co-pay, according to my insurance plan on record. However, I was later not only billed the higher office visit fee, but also billed again for the x-ray (which was a different amount from the original charge).
      For weeks now, I have been trying to contact someone from billing to correct my invoice - which should only be the small co-pay fee. No dice. I hope this issue gets resolved sufficiently in the coming weeks and will update this review accordingly.
      In short, it's very concerning how many patients have been over- and double-charged (including myself), and I find their billing practices unethical and opaque.
      Side note, my PA was brilliant.

      Dr. ******************* is an exceptional primary care doctor. When I was feeling sick, he was able to accurately diagnose and treat my illness with the utmost care and concern. His bedside manner was superb, and he made me feel at ease throughout the entire process.Not only did he cure me, but he also provided valuable information and advice on how to prevent getting sick in the future. He truly went above and beyond to ensure my well-being, and I am extremely grateful to have had him as my doctor.I would highly recommend Dr. ******************* to anyone in need of a primary care doctor. He is truly a gifted physician and a godsend to anyone who is fortunate enough to be under his care.

      Check out their online scheduler, real simple and love the access, never have to wait for an appoint more than a few days; I can always take advantage of their walkins and ******** clinic too.

      I have received great medical care fro This group for years. This has changed in the last year with regards to appointment scheduling. This medical group will randomly schedule appointments for you. This has happened 3 times. These appointments were neither requested by me nor made with input to my schedule. The group informs you of an upcoming appointment and threatens to fine you a $50 no show fee. I just spent 40 minutes on hold trying to find out what the upcoming appointment is for. I was disconnected.
