      Citizen Old Fourth ****: I have not received my security deposit owed to me after an April 15 move-out. I paid my rent on-time, was a respectful, quiet, and clean resident. I have tried calling Citizen Old Fourth **** and Pegasus Residential many times, left messages, and no one responds via phone or email. I was emailed June 3 by Citizen's property manager, letting me know the amount of my refund (well after 30 days of move-out.) On June 7, the property manager stated my check was "returned to sender" - even though the office has my current address. After this, I have heard nothing. This is subpar customer service. I would not recommend this property or management company. In *******, landlords must return a tenant's security deposit, or provide a written list of deductions, within 30 days of the tenant vacating the property. If the landlord fails to return the deposit or provide a list of deductions within this timeframe, they may forfeit the right to withhold any of the deposit, according to *******************.

      lived at ****************************************** for over 11 years,in the transition the property was aquired by pegasus residential,my last 3 years at five oake was awful,the security gates were broken for over a year the maintenance service stop doing the grounds,the post office boxes were broken,i was paying almost ******* for a one bedroom apt cars were being broken in, i would not advise any looking for an expensive rental apartment to move there you will not get your money's worth.i hope this helps

      Horrible!!!! Ongoing and persistent issues with c*** roaches; have had spiders and termites; have had black mold in windows!; rust on top of dryer; discoloration of wall and top of sink and kitchen sink; AC/Heat issues; poor communication with the front office; inaccurate and false misleading statements by staff; staff never apologize or take ownership of problems; some areas of apartment not cleaned prior to move in

      They just bought our complex, or with all their LLCs, it may just be the same as the scammy/scummy previous management place. So far they are bad, and somehow they kept the hateful manager that never gets anything done, so there's that of it being the same scummy/scammy business. It's sure at the top of the list to never move into if they own/manage it. Wish I could give them a negative rating.

      I would actually like to give no stars !! Pegasus took over on Dec 20th at our location in **. and it's worse now. Nothing is getting done, not returning messages, not completing service request, zero trash pu, mold in my entry way and in dining room. My dining room floor is buckling, vinyl is coming up, stools doesn't work properly, the entire courtyard is trashy, I tested positive for stachybotrys back in November yet Nothing has been done, I fell in the dining room due to my sock getting caught on vinyl that is coming up, reported it and not even are you ok. The smell from the empty apartment below us is hideous (was empty when I moved in and full of mold) hot water tank is set to high as it can go and can't get anyone to turn it down plus its not even installed correctly. List goes on and on. Poor management ***************************** owned. I will be taking legal steps to move out by March 1st 2025. And turning this in to the ***************** as we both have been sick since the 1st week of November. Have sent emails, service request, called front office, text the manager, sent messages in messenger, have photos and Dr ********** but still NOTHING. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY DESPERATE AND DON'T CARE HOW YOU LIVE !!

      Horrible at management at nova at ********. Gym is 50 degrees, broken equipment, broken secure doors, etc. The gym is just indicative of the whole place. There are window units in windows and broken down cars. There has been shootings. Is like a third world country.

      I applied for ****************** in ******** a few months and was required to pay an $300 administration fee at the time. A few weeks later I spoke with someone from the property and was told that my administration fee would be refunded in about 5 weeks. I have waited 6 weeks and called to inquire about the refund and their wasn't any information available so I gave my new address so I could receive my refund. Weeks have past and I have been doing follow up calls with no answer. I was told over a week ago that someone would **** a tracking number so I can see where my refund is located. I still have not received any information. I just want the refund that is due to me

      My experience with this ************** of my Community where I rent at Aventon ******** has been a horrible experience on every level.I have dealt with since day one, an infestation of rodents of all sorts including ants, Roaches and Spiders despite keeping a pristine clean apartment.I reported instances of fixtures broken and months later they are still broken.The building is cheaply made and fixtures are breaking, floor boards and walls where wires or plumbing comes through were not sealed correctly allowing moisture and bugs.Drains were not flushed as the exterminator company recommended so the roaches come up through the drains. Terminator comes almost weekly but it does not help.Floors have glue leaking through, fans break, appliances are shorting out including lights everywhere and refrigerator shorts the circuit breaker as well as the microwave. A light over the shower is sparking and popping. I have mentioned fearing an electrical fire and management said they would hire an independent electrician to come but never did.I have real true bug bites, neighbors do as well. The community is getting progressively dissatisfied but the only response is sorry we can send maintenance. Maintenance might as well move into my second bedroom they've been here so often.The caulking,fixtures and details are so sloppily done it's embarrassing for a $2400 unit. I've had several meetings with all levels of management documented with no results I've been treated curtly, spoken down to or plain ignored. I will review on the website as ******* Apartment is a Lemon and I'm extremely disappointed and baffled.

      Extremely *************** The Pegasus Residential asks to "Contact Us" by filling out a form, but they never respond back. They even don't answer the phone calls.

      just want to thank Pegasus residential for coming to Ascent apartments ********* and saving us. The former company ********* properties did us in and truly ruined lives with their greed and lack of compassion for human beings and their precious families and animals. We were homeless bound and now we can breath again. We graciously welcome u with open arms and look forward to bright future with you having our backs. A breath of fresh air finally has arrived. Peace of mind as well. **** ?? **** ********
