I was awoken by an unsolicited text at 4am today stating that I will be contacted about ******* request. They are fishing for customers. And at 4am. I called, they stated its an automatic system and they can't do anything about it. Apparently my work request was a bathroom remodel, I have already remodeled every bathroom in the house, so this is not a request anyone in the household would inquire about anywhere. 5am is too early for just contact from any company.Pinnacle Home Improvements, LLC

We understand how unsettling such an event can be, and we regret any inconvenience or disturbance this may have caused.
After receiving the complaint, we contacted the individual and conducted a thorough investigation into the matter. Our findings revealed that someone has falsely used our name and contact information for their marketing campaign. We do not sell or install interior remodeling, particularly bathroom projects, and we do not engage in sending unsolicited texts to potential customers.
At Pinnacle, we hold ourselves to strict standards when it comes to customer communication. We only contact individuals during appropriate hours and never engage in unsolicited outreach. This feedback was invaluable to us, and it reinforces the importance of our commitment to respectful and ethical marketing practices. Horrible ***************** and work improperly completed. We purchased this home a year ago. At the time of purchase the previous owners informed us that Pinnacle Homes LLC had put a new roof on the home under an insurance claim. We were having a deck redone, when the siding was removed to install the deck boards to make it flush, there was rotten *** boards on the fireplace chimney. The contractor pulled the siding from the chimney and the *** plywood was rotten. The siding had to be pulled off to the chafe of the chimney, this rot went all the way up. The contractor noticed that the flashing was in several pieces put together around the chimney chafe. There was no silicone or roofing cement used, which caused the water to seep in behind the flashing and ran down all 3 sides of the chimney. When our contractor removed the shingles to get a clear view of the chimney chafe, the chimney chafe had several pieces of flashing holding together with very thin nails, which were not even attached to a roofing *****. We attemped to contact them and spoke with ***********************, who informed us that they were not responsible since it was done under an insurance claim, and the warranty ran out. Yet, there is still a warranty on the roof. We then spoke with *****, who informed ** that basically this was not their problem, and he would be happy to come out and take a look for $250. This was their faulty workmanship, and they refuse to take any responsiblity for this. In another post that I saw similar to this, she was told; "The flashing installation falls under the responsibility of the contractor who installed your roof. Chimney flashing should be installed the same time the roof is installed. " This is what they didn't do properly, therefore, per their own words, they should be responsible.Pinnacle Home Improvements, LLC

We understand this homeowner's frustration, but we would like to clarify that our original customer chose the minimum workmanship warranty, which expired over 5 years ago. At the time of purchase, they had the option to select an extended warranty, but they chose not to avail of it.
