  Agreed with ************************* on a quote to ship my truck. I paid my deposit roughly 2 months before the scheduled pick up. Long story short, the driver never showed up to pick up my vehicle. When I called *************************, he then informed me that they couldnt source a driver and offered to find another driver at 3x the price the contract I signed stated. When I asked for a refund of my deposit, **** and his co-workers told me that they cannot refund the down payment because I was the one who cancelled the pickup after telling them I will not pay 3x the original contract amount. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! still yet to receive my deposit back.

  Fast and reliable, although there was a bit different from the initial quotation, but I must confess ***** was sincere with the process and that's why I would recommend cheap auto trans for anyone. Great service.

  Fast, ******************* to work with! *** was amazing to get the job done and communicated throughout the whole transport! Will use them again! They ship more than autos, this was for an HD TRIKE! Great service!

  This company gave us a free quote of $390 and when we got contacted it went to $525 then $550 and they contacted us from several different numbers and also wanted us to send deposit through Zelle they wouldnt take cashier checks money orders anything that would give us proof it doesnt sound legitimate and they are not BBB affiliated another red flag.

  I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews of Cheap Auto Transport, but let me tell you about my experience. I originally booked online with ******** on 09/06. I needed my truck transported from ******** to *******. I contacted them several times over the next 22 days trying to get the drivers information, and confirmation. They said that drivers don't usually make contact until a couple days before the scheduled pickup date. So, I bit my lip and continued to commit. ******** contacted me the day before the contracted shipment day, and told me the market changed and instead of the contracted price of $575, the cost to ship the truck was now $950. ******** said that the price was also high, because we were trying to book the last spot on this driver's truck. My thoughts are, "you have had over 20 days to schedule a spot on a truck, why are we now in a bidding war at the last minute for the last spot on the truck?" ******** waisted nearly all of our time, and was unable to rectify the situation with another driver by the scheduled shipment date. My wife, and I started to panic.*************************** from Cheap Auto Transport had been messaging me, about my logistical needs since I first started looking for a company to ship my truck. I was extremely hesitant to hire Cheap Auto Transport, because of the negative reviews that I had read. I did some investigation, and found that a lot of the negative reviews of Cheap Auto Transport are written by their competitors! Wow, it's a cutthroat industry I guess. I was guaranteed by *************************** (Cheap Auto Transport) that he could get a driver to pick up my truck the very next day. I was reluctant, but again committed. This time out of desperation. ***** secured a driver quickly, and I was contacted by the driver's dispatch within minutes of signing the contract with Cheap Auto Trans. The driver arrived promptly the next day, and was a pleasure to work with. He even made a special trip.

  I worked with *********************. He was courteous and helpful in finding a driver that met my price needs. The pricing was as quoted, the driver called me to give a heads up on arrival time. Satisfied customer.

  100% scam charge you a deposit and give you multiple timesnever show up and then charge you a cancellation fee! Or try in my case. I reported card stolen and filed a report with ************* for theft! See them in court!

  I worked with *******************, and I thoroughly enjoyed the service provided. As I'm accustomed to the use of brokers and transporters I understood that the original quote is never in stone. I was quoted **** for 2 vehicles and ended up paying **** but I was more than happy to pay that as ***** really worked with me on the deposit and payment methods. I am very satisfied with the level of care to not only me but my vehicles. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

  To those who are looking into car transport they go by comps(like all other brokers) to give you an estimate and then they place the "job" open for bids and choose the one that is best for the customer, then it enters a contract and all the pricing is laid out in the contract so you know exactly how much you will be paying. They also kept me in the loop about pick up and followed up after delivery.
