  This company is a FRAUD. They gave me a price and the driver demanded a higher price while delivering the car. We had to pay, else the driver refused delivery. After we pay the higher price and take delivery of car, *************************** sends an amended contract for the higher price and expected me to sign. Beware of this company.

  Cheap Auto Transport was very responsive and tried hard to find a driver (worked through the weekend) despite the Holiday season with a little higher price after the original driver backed out last minute due to truck broke down (I verified with that companys dispatcher). Great services!

  Great service all the way from ********** to ******** .*************************** with Cheapautotransit handled my transport of a GMC Dually from ********* ********** to ******* **.They did a great job of *** me informed from start to finish.I would highly rate *************************** who was the broker.Keep in mine that its the broker who really handles the transport issues.Not the company.In our case ***** found the right driver .

  Dont believe any of the positive reviews, these people are scammers.I first interacted with *****************************, who gave me a guaranteed good price at first, and said I needed to provide card details which were just going to be kept on file and not charged until a driver was found. But as soon as I added the details they took a $100 deposit immediately without any explanation. They told me to wait a week, but then as the pickup date approached he told me no drivers are available unless I pay more and gave me quotes double and triple the original rate. I declined this and they made out like I was being unreasonable for not accepting the 3x higher quote. They told me to wait another week to be fully clear of the holiday break, and theyd have something at the original price they quoted on a fixed date again guaranteed.So I wait another week and its the day before pickup and they dont have a driver. Drivers are all handled through a single national system so I decide to call a friend whos a dealer to see whats going on, and I find out theyve listed my car at twice the agreed rate. So even if they had found a driver it would have been at least double the rate they quoted. They then lied about it and I lost all trust in them and decided to go elsewhere.I wish I could say that was the end of the storyI then found a much better and honest company, so I needed Cheapautotrans to remove my car from the national system so it wasnt double listed, and they flat out refused and harassed me all day. One of the managers then started messaging me offering crazy deals meanwhile my friend can see the car is now listed even higher at nearly 3x the original quote. I think they just wanted me to accept because you pay the driver directly when the car is delivered and they knew they wouldnt have to deal with the fallout. Unbelievable.There are good transport companies out there because I found one who were 100% transparent and reliable.

  Do NOT deal with this company. They took our deposit, and never found us a transport. On top of that they left our car on their board and we werent able to get another transport because they had us tied up. We are in a mess, flying out with no car transport. Beware, they will give you a lowball price, but they dont follow through and wont even pick up the phone. Beware not to let this happen to you. AVOID them if you can.

  I can't even give a rating! Terrible business conduct. I Signed a contract on 12/6/22 for my car to be picked up in **** on 1/2/23 and delivered on 1/8/23 in ********** for $895 and gave a 200$ deposit which was sketchy to start. Later read does and ***t's of car transport and you never need a deposit to guarantee room for car on the truck. After signing contract I heard nothing from *************************** from cheapautotrans. On 1/2/23 the day my car was to be picked up I got a txt stating he was making arrangements then nothing the rest of the day. On 1/3/23 I was called and told there was no one to get my car unless I paid 1700$ which was almost double the original price if I wanted my car picked up and delivered. I read all the reviews so never dreamed I was being taken advantage of. I still have the original Contract but they tried to make me do a new one for the higher amount. They claim I will get my 200$ deposit but I *** not trust this company on anything they say if they can't honor a signed contract. So I have contacted a lawyer and notified my credit card company of fraud. Hoping that gets my 200$ back.

  Extremely reliable. Very accommodating and efficient. I would only use cheap auto trans to ship my cars. Driver was very nice and wonderful to deal with.

  Hey i don't have words that i can express my gratitude for this company that what did they do for me. I was in super hurry when they come across to help me to ship my car and experience was very good and at last hats off to ********************* what he did for me and i will do more business with this company.

  The customer rep initially quoted me one price but by contract time it had increased 20%. I was still ok with the price and put a $200 deposit down and was told car would be picked up following day. Then next day it got changed to following day. Then when the driver didn't contact me I called and found out my rep was out of office for some time. Got a new rep who was very responsive and got a new driver. At this point everything went smoothly. Driver got my car across country very fast. As long as you realize up front that you need to be on top of things I would recommend this company. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and friendly.
