  I sent a $250 deposit around March 10, 2023. They changed the pickup date 3 times. Then the tried to increase the $750 quote to $1000+. I'm trying to get my deposit back. They are not a credible company.

  DO NOT GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT!!! I was provided a price of $720 to ship a car. I signed a contract for that price and provided a $150 deposit. The day they were scheduled to pick up their driver "cancelled" due to another shipper posting our car as shipping for $600 more than we agreed upon with them in order to force us to work with the other company. So now they are scrambling for a replacement driver. They asked for one day to find another driver as I wanted to cancel and book a flight and get it on our own. I explicitly told them that if they can't find a driver at that same price, I wanted to cancel our contract. SUPPOSEDLY they booked another driver at a higher rate and that I'll have to pay an additional $130. I remind them that I said I would NOT pay anything more than I was quoted. They tell me I can cancel but because they booked an alternate driver I will have to pay a cancellation fee. I AGAIN reminded them that I didn't agree to a higher price point and in fact told them I wouldn't go higher so it's their issue if they booked another driver and I am NOT responsible to pay his cancellation fee and I am entitled to my $150 back. Then they tell me that I need to pay a cancellation fee in order to get my deposit back and if I do that they will also give me the cancellation money back. Are you kidding me??? Then I get a sob story that if I dont pay the cancellation fee this guy is going to have to pay for it out of his paycheck. I have all the communications to back all of this up. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I wished I had read all the reviews. PLEASE IF YOU GET A QUOTE FROM THEM MAKE SURE YOU TELL THEM YOU WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM BASED ON REVIEWS YOU'VE READ. They also told me they didn't care if I wrote a negative review for not giving me my deposit back.

  Thank Goodness I read these reviews before i actually let them take my rig. Was quoted one price, and then, just as everybody else is saying, just a few hours before they were supposed to pock it up, they called and said the driver got in an accident, but they had a back up driver. But of course the new drivers price was almost double! In the meantime i had done my research and realized this is a SCAM...just like everybody said. I got out before it was too late.....BEWARE!!!

  give them zero stars. they lure you in with a cheap quote, charge a brokers fee up front (on top of the quote) then tell you they can't get it for that cheap and would be significantly higher. They promised me the quoted cost of $485 then stuck me in a position to have to pay $1400. Didn't make pick up time I was told, then said the truck broke down on the way, then wanted to upcharge to the higher price. ******* and ***** were my contacts and can't be trusted.

  I want to give a major THANKS to ******************* my coordinator for shipping my vehicle. Shipping a vehicle is a stressful event with Brokers call day and night to get my business, but ***** went above an beyond with educating me on how to find **************** and the scams that many unknown customers fall in to the trap of selecting the right transporter. ***** was very reassuring and worked hard to get me a driver at the price we agreed upon. I am Very grateful for ****** efforts and will reach out to him again in the future as needed. ***************** COL, ** Army

  Stayed in good contact until the day before the transport! They tried to change the transport 24hrs before my scheduled time. I called right before that and they ***************** said everything was fine. Then I get a random text saying my pick up date is Monday instead of Sunday. I called Al and he did not pick up and when he did he stayed silent but I could still hear them in the background. Another number calls acting like the driver but when I tell him Al isnt picking up he starts telling me Im drunk and Im mad lol so I canceled the service which made them more mad! Found a legit person in the next hour and moved on just, want to keep yall away from this company! Sounds like one of those overseas countries doing the scam bs

  Shipping a car is a stressful event but Al was very reassuring and worked hard to get me a driver. Very grateful. Disclaimer: ****** quoted was much lower than amount booked. But I was in a time crunch so i wont complain about it.

  Total scam We had a contract for $800. They said a driver wouldn't do it for less than a thousand. I spoke with them and they agreed to split the difference and do it for $900.The deposit was made and when the driver delivered the car, his documentation showed $850 to be paid upon delivery with a deposit of $150 paid in advance to the broker. These guys are scam artist. all of the positive reviews are fake. anyone can put a fake positive review. They have to do that.Look at yelp. That has many scary stories. Stay away from them Total scum and unethical

  They lie to you , do not let them transport your vehicle, they PROMISE you a price and they take your deposit, if you provide a credit card they will charge you 7% additional. Then they wait for the very last minute to increase the price by hundreds , in my case they went from 650 to ****, and you call and to you different people telling you the will fix it but nothing happens until driver is out your door asking for more , HORRIBLE experience . I had to pay the drive additional 200 hundred other wise he wouldnt drop my car and I am filing a claim with my bank to get my 214 back because they are scammers
