    On 5/31/2025 I received an unsolicited check for $5.00 from North American Senior Benefits LLC. I want this company to remove my name and all my contact information from their database and mailing systems. I do not want any contact from this business whatsoever.

    North American Senior Benifits Salesman came by my house while I was working in my yard, and said I wanted more information about them. Wanted to know if we could sit down and go over this information.He said I mustve filled something out or someone did for me and I said no they didnt. He showed me an Id but he wouldnt show me any kind of paperwork about the company or anything and he said well Ill just leave but somebody else will and be back talk to you then again but I was going to still be on the listHe got in his truck and sped off. Please some take me off so called list? If you know thing about this.Scam scam. They call you on phone now just drop by your house.! Very upset.Thank you. ***

    Ms ***** came to the home of my elderly aunt whom has dementia. She claimed my aunt contacted her. I watched this entire conversation on the ring camera. She talked with her about her medical coverage and about her life insurance policies. I am the financial and health POA for my aunt. I let it be known that I was listening and watching. I advised Ms. ***** to leave her information and we would reach out to her at a later time. It was very clear to Ms. ***** my aunt didn't know who her insurers were are my aunt is 77 and has Dementia. Ms ***** proceeded to hound her for the information showing her a picture list. Although Ms. ****** was becoming more confused and agitated Ms. ***** kept pressing for information. This caused my aunt to become angry. Ms ***** did leave and went to her car. My aunt went to her car and they had a conversation I couldn't hear. Ms ***** returned to the house and sat just outside of the view of the camera and continued asking my aunt who her carrier was. She called a company she assumed she would have coverage with. Although Ms. ****** was unable to verify her information she pressed her to get her checkbook so that she could sign her up for insurance coverage. I called over the phone and told my ************** needed to leave that she was over stepping her bounds. I got on the phone with Ms. ***** and she proceeded to scream that I was being unprofessional and I should give her the information and stop wasting her time. She proceeded to tell my aunt that I was stealing her money and that she needed to find someone else to handle her business and stormed out. I contacted the company and spoke with the receptionist who said she would pass the message onto the manager of Ms. ***** I never received a call nor any guarantee this would not happen again. She said that my aunt must have cashed a check from them that is how they got the lead and came to the house. My aunt is home-bound unable to travel far or drive.

    Good morning, I am so sorry you had this experience.  I am in the process of figuring out who this agent was exactly so that I can speak directly to her manager and I'm going to find out what receptionist you may have spoken to and I will give you a call back when I've spoken to them and ensured your aunts information is removed from our system.  Is the contact info you provided for you or your aunt?  If it's yours, I need your aunts information to find her and the agent in our system since we have several "*****" agents.  Please email me at *************************** and I will do everything I can to make sure this does not happen again.

    I received an unsolicited $5.00 check from this company. I have never requested any service from them. I would like them to remove all my info from their database and no longer contact me. I am not interested by their offers. Thanks!

    Yesterday, 5/13 around 2:40pm, I was working on something on my back porch. I do not answer the door to people I do not know as I am a 5'0" woman by myself during the day, and besides that did not hear my doorbell because I was not inside my home. Two agents from North American Senior Benefits were at my door, rang my bell multiple times, then took it upon themselves to look into my windows to see if anyone was home. After seeing me through my home on my back porch, the two "agents" let themselves into my yard. I was working on a project, had my headphones in, and rather rightly expected that I was on my own property alone so they scared me to death when they YELLED to get my attention. I told them to get off my property, however they refused to leave after being told to leave multiple times using the defense "well, we rang the bell". I told them I was well within my rights not to answer my own door but they were not within theirs to trespass onto someone else's property, and asked if they had seen me inside after ringing the bell if they would have helped themselves to that portion of my property as well since apparently fences weren't a deterrent. Four requests to get out of my yard and off my property were denied until they could ask me the name of whoever they were targeting with their predatory insurance. They were asking for the woman who lived in our house before us, however my husband and I have owned the home for four years and the previous owner is long moved. I told them I had no idea who it was they were looking for and they needed to get off my property before I called the police, this again was met with stares until I picked my phone up and started to dial the police. They did not appear to go to any other houses in my neighborhood, they got back in their car and left. I have video of them at my front door having the discussion to come into my yard as well, if this is of interest, showing both of their faces and the company logo though I got no names.

    On May ****** I received an unsolicited letter with a $5.00 check attached offering information about **************************** Program and Free Senior Discount Program. I do not wish to be contacted any further by this company or it's affiliates.

    Several weeks ago a man came to our home with demographic information regarding me . My husband told him we were not interested & to take us off their list. Two days ago another salesman returned, I asked him where he got my information, & he said I filled out a form about death benefits. I do not complete these kinds of forms because I believe that most are scams. The salesman was very persistent in showing me my information on his tablet. I told him I wanted that to be deleted & to never bother me again or I would contact the BBB. He said he didnt care if I did that. I had to shut the door in his face for him to leave,
