      Their customer service is horrible. When multiple agents give you misinformation on a recorded line yet they fail to make it right when they admit this happened, that is wrong. Everyone makes mistakes but three times....then not making it right, well that's just not how a business should operate. I will pay more to fly other airlines and transfer my status to United or American.

      I had a 6am flight departing from ******************* today. I arrived at the gate 15 minutes before departure and the delta *** stated she surrendered my seat. I informed her that I had checked in for the flight and there was an issue with TSA with a mother and her baby and 3 kids. Held up the everyone. I could see the plane was still there. Regardless, the *** stated that she would have to move me to another flight later in the day. I had taken an **** to the airport and now had to take one home and one back for a 3:09pm flight to ***(connecting flight to *************). Once I arrived and went thru TSA again, I went straight to the delta kiosk window and asked if the flight was on time, the man (rude is an understatement) didn't give me the time of day and brushed me off by saying yes without any double checking. At 3pm after the gate number did not update I went back to the same delta *** at which time he said the flight was canceled. I was livid! I asked this man for another flight and he said it would be at 6pm. I took another lyft back home just to look at the ticket he printed...it was the ticket for my returning flight. I got back into a lyft and arrived at ******************* to spec to the same *** at which time he walked away from me and went to a back room leaving me there for minutes. I finally received help from another *** and now have to fly out of ********* at 945pm to arrive in ********** at 1145pm. I have missed a whole day of this company trip that has been planned for 6 months. I've called the customer service line to wait over 40 minutes 3 separate times.....just for the call to disconnect. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with an airline. I will be taking my 4th Lyft of the day totaling over $400 to laguardia to catch a 945 straight flight to **********. I know there are laws in place that I would get fully compensated for this lack of professionalism. My name is ***** *. Celestinomartins.H67BXG

      The worst airline the employee threatened me and my husband because we pay for first class seat and ask for our baggage to go on top of our seat and they started screaming to us and calling us names because we didnt want to put them other place the manager name is **** this man is horrible person I suffered a panic attack and no one care less they told me I was not going to be pable to travel ?? I have been taking medication since then because of the trauma I suffered and all the humiliation the man make us go through ? respectfully ask the staff to take care of this issue and the offered me money ?? they think money is enough to make people happy I never ask for money all I wanted was to be respected and to be treated with dignity they treated me like and animal

      Delta has decided to roll out a new seat program travel experience basically a bunch of random upgrade options for seats. What are they doing trying to lose customers. Read the Reddit forums, ******** anything. Terrible terrible decision!!

      On April 19, 2025, I flew Delta Airlines from *** to **********, ** via SLC for a family cruise set to depart April 20. My flight (DL1583) was diverted to ****** due to an onboard odor, and I was rebooked on DL2933 from AUS to LAX. Despite arriving early and being near the gate, my luggage wasnt loaded.When I offered my baggage claim number to a Delta supervisor, I was told it wasn't neededthis marked the start of a series of failures.Sequence of Failures:Upon arrival at LAX, I discovered my luggage was missing.I filed a claim and was told it would be delivered to my hotelthis didnt happen.I was repeatedly assured it would reach my cruise ship in **********, and later, ports in *************** and ********. None of these promises were kept.I lacked access to basic clothing and hygiene products, was forced to share with my daughter, and wore the same underwear for days.I called Delta daily, multiple times, receiving only scripted apologies and empty reassurances.A representative in ********** eventually told me Delta never delivers to Ensenada and questioned the misinformation Id received.Only Carnival Cruise Line offered real assistancecomping my laundry and giving me a care package. Deltas conduct was disjointed, dismissive, and deeply disappointing.Resolution Attempts:After reaching out to Deltas Chief Customer Experience Officer on ********, a claims manager reimbursed me for out-of-pocket expensesthough this was also mishandled and initially underpaid. I was given ***** miles as an apology, which doesnt cover a seat upgrade, much less the ordeal I endured.Desired Resolution:I request from Delta Airlines:100,000 additional Skymiles Free baggage on my next round-trip flight A direct conversation with a senior representative This was more than a lost bagit was a breakdown in customer service and integrity. I expect Delta to address this with the seriousness it deserves.Sincerely,***** A ****

      Delta is the WORST COMPANY when it comes to correctly booking seating arrangements. They have screwed up the last 3 flights for my family.

      my flight on 5/4/25 from EYW to LAS departing supposedly at 720pm was delayed initially for 3 hours then continued until 830am the next day. there was a mechanical issue with the plane - the **** mentioned the ** is not working so they have to check ***** was around 1030 pm when the delta crew said that the flight was cancelled and we will get an update through the app regarding the changes and our new flight details.i asked for hotel and meal vouchers as I was with my 2 children. delta said they are not giving any voucher. mind you it was already 1030pm at night, where could we get a hotel that will not charge us alot in ********. we met some people who offered a space in their ****** for $150. there is no receipt as it was just a verbal agreement. i tried to file for reimbursement from delta plus the food but i t was declined. i got a partial reimbursement just for the food. i asked for ecredit if they did not want to offer money as I have been flying with them since 2008 and I was hoping as a loyal customer, delta will make a considerationfor the inconvenience caused. The delay caused substantial inconvenience, particularly as I was travelling with my two children.Due to the extended delay, I had no choice to secure overnight accommodation out of pocket to ensure my children were safe and comfortable. Unfortunately, I do not have a receipt for the lodging but I hope Delta will take into account the circumstances and understand the necessity of that expense.

      It has been over 5 months since my fianc' and I got the email from Delta, that our flight to ******* from ******* was cancelled. We were in a hotel preparing to depart on Nov. 28, 2024, to join relatives and friends for Thanksgiving and to plan the wedding. After many phone calls and emails, we were informed our flights were rebooked to depart on Dec. 1 arriving in ******* 4days later than initially planned. This delay resulted in added expense for hotel, meals, transportation, and telephone charges. The Delta **** told me to submit my claims to Delta although the initial flight DL 7853 was on partner airline Korean Air. I submitted my complaint several times and was given Case numbers ********, ********, ********. On Dec. 12, ******* *., Customer Service Supv. informed me that the cancellation was Korean Air's fault and she would forward my information to them. After waiting a month, I again contacted Delta requesting assistance and was given a new Case # ******** by *** ********, Customer Care, and told that Delta was actually accountable. Since I didn't receive any response I decided to write a 2 page letter to Delta Customer Care, on January 28, 2025.I find it incredulous as a 2 Million Miler that I have not yet gotten a response or any reimbursement. The trip itself was a nightmare which I detailed in my letter. It was my wife's first international flight and it was a most unpleasant introduction to Delta Airlines. My oldest son is a Captain with American Airlines so I know that cancellations, delays, and disruption are part of flying. But there is no place for seriously misinformed or disinterested employees who work for an organization that cares so little about their customers that they ignore them. I would like to be reimbursed for my expenses and compensation for the hardship and disruption we experienced.

      Booked a flight on Delta Airlines;*************** to ************, with a stop in *******. After buying the ticket I noticed there was only 33min scheduled between arrival and departure on our connecting flight. With the departure flight closing 15 before departure time, that gave us only 18min for the connecting. Missed the flight to ****** now on standby for the next flight. Shame on you Delta

      Were Delta medallion members for more than 6 years and yesterday for our flight we definitely had a not very seamless one.We booked initially 9pm flight and moved it to 7pm and called someone from delta to confirm it.While checking in the staff told us the 7pm flight didnt go through and were still on the 9pm flight but we dont have a seat. A seat which we chose and PAID for is gone. The *** staff were very rude in answering our questions..The supervisors not helpful and was telling us I dont know & did not offer any help at all to resolve the issue!They told us it was our fault and that we should have made sure the changes went through which we did.We asked her why we dont have a seat and she told us to just go to the front during boarding and they will give us a seat. And no guarantee well get the seats we paid for. They were very dismissive and just outright rude! No resolution was done at all.Shame on you for taking our money and not reimbursing us with all the hassle you guys caused. The msp staff are worst and their tone of voice is rude. Customer service wait was more than 1hr. They only even offered us ****** miles which is nothing for what we paid for. We got seated super late. The check in at the gate was chaotic because it was not working so they moved it 4 times! The socket wasnt working in the plane and we got seated in Main in 4 rows when we paid for a seat together by the window. Also, they overbooked the flights for 7pm & 9pm.They asked people to give up seats. Its not our fault you guys overbooked and now youre telling us we dont have a seat?Book a business flight elsewhere because its cheaper and you will be treated well. worst experience weve had for a flight.This is not the first time this happened. This also happened last January where they told us our booking didnt go through. But that time the *** staff was helpful and made sure everything went great and got us seated. How come the *** STAFF were very rude and disrespectful to customers?
