      As an avid traveler of Delta Airlines, I have decided that there are other options to consider after our recent encounter. My son and his girlfriend were traveling outside of the country in March for the very first time to *****, *****. When they failed to get on the flight for two days using ***** passes offered to us, my son paid $5200 on his credit card so they could finally obtain secured seats. Upon arriving at the airport, Delta listed the purchase as fraudulent, even though the purchase was verified by ********. (Most credit cards exercise the verification practice before authorizing a purchase, and Delta should know this.) They refused to let them on their flight and told them that they had to use another form of payment if they wanted to go. While at the airport, I called my credit union and they extended a loan to me for the tickets. My son and his girlfriend missed several activities they paid for in advance and could NOT reschedule. They extended their trip because they lost a day each time the trip was pushed back by a day. They had to secure yet another ****** for the extension, which cost a GRIP of money for last-minute accommodations, and the **** ride to get there cost $200 going and returning. Delta offered a measly $300 voucher to both of them and $500 for our expenses. The voucher is a joke compared to what we paid...TWICE, until Discover refunded the original payment. The additional expenses hurt our home financially, and we are still paying for those expenses that would NOT have been incurred had they caught their PAID flight. ******* to fly with Delta again has traumatized both my son and his girlfriend, and they have opted to select another airline. The supervisor who handled this complaint simply stated that I should be grateful because they gave us MORE than they were expected to. Really? The taste in my mouth for Delta is a bitter one that will not dissolve any time soon.

      I have booked the refundable ticket with Delta Airlines via ***** travel in March month and while booking the ticket it was costing me $2500 for 2 persons. The non-refundable ticket was costing around $1850 but I opted for expensive option as there were chances that I might have to modify flight in future. The flight was from ********* to *** (Round trip) 8th May - Aug 2. In June - I tried to cancel the ticket and went to discuss the same with ***** travel the options and refund value for the remaining tickets. ***** travel executive went to discuss the same with Delta and adviced me if you cancel the ticket you will get refund value of $1250 and ticket was cancelled. I was told to wait for weeks to get the refund , now it is July 1st and Delta executive on call told me that you are not eligible for refund and one way price of flight ticket from ********* to *** with tax is more that the round trip (LOL). and refund will not be processed. I am still thinking of getting the refund from the tickets.

      They stole my money. Not sure why they're still accredited with BBB status at all when the reviews listed are 1.21 average of all median reviews.Strip Delta of their BBB status.I just joined the class action lawsuit today regarding Delta stealing e credits from customers last year. I hope we win enough that Delta is forced to bankrupt. **************.

      In October 24, 2025 Delta Airlines offered me an $800 cash gift card for giving up my seat on a scheculed flight from ******* to *********. For the inconvience, I was offered and accepted a $800 cash gift card. An digital gift card was emailed to me at a later date. The email received showed and account number with an expiration date of 12/28/25. Based on the email, I assumed the $800 electronic card had an expiration of 12/28/25 and I my based my useage of the card on this expiration date. I activated the card and used approx. $150 of the $800 gift card balance. To my surprise after trying to use the card in May ************************************** May 2025 and not the 12/28/25 expiration that was emailed to me in October 2025. After calls to both Delta Airlines and the **** they stated the initial e-mail did not have the final account number and expiration date. To my surprise, I learned the card had a 6 month expiration of May 2025, not the 12/28/25 date initially emailed to me. Both Delta and **** stated the digital card terms are stated once the card is activated. Because there was not a physical card, I mistakenly based my useage on the fact the card had a 12/28/25 expiration. I spoke to Delta and the **** and neither will do anything. They said in the fine print it states the card expires 6 months from activation. Either Delta or **** is keeping the balance of the money I was awarded. Should I have been more aware of the 6 month expiration date, yes, but I based my purchases and use on the 12/28/25 expiration date that was initially emailed to me. I was hoping to receive a physical card but was not given the option. What they did was very misleading to me. I would like the Delta and/or **** to reissue the card for the balance owed to me with a 12/28/25 expiration date.

      Delta, Ive taken note of your gate agents callousness to work with my child who was travelling alone today, for the first time, on an international flight, as the result of a family funeral. (All this is verifiable if you really care to check the details.) As her parents, we worked hard to make sure she could navigate airports without the additional worry of dealing with checked bags. When she boarded as Zone 7, your ground crew informed her she would have to check her carry-on. She explained her situation, and your team still refused. She then requested to at least retrieve her bag in *** before the international leg of the flight. Your agents refused again. Dont talk to me about the need for processes, and if we did this for your child, wed have to accommodate everyone. As a career military man, I understand the need for following processes WHILE balancing the most important priority - taking care of people. Your teams lack of compassion is what really stands out here, not customer service. As your pilots announce, We recognize you have a choice of carriers, thank you for flying Delta, I will exercise that choice and make sure to avoid flying Delta in the future.

      I have a complaint against Delta Airlines. A employee scammed me into getting a ***** pass and add me on her flight list. Went as far as photoshopping a shared bank account between us. She added me and wanted more demands and now she is ripping me off and I called delta they said that is not allowed. Ive been a preferred delta customer for over a decades now and have spent a lot with them. I would like for them to make this right and get my trust back. Reprimand this employee ******** I. *******- ********* and make sure they are able to catch other employees trying to pull the same scams. This shouldnt be allowed. Look forward to hearing back

      We arrived in *************** at 10~am from ***. After eating our meal, my wife and I fell asleep at our designated gate. When she woke, we checked and no notifications had come to the Delta app, her text messages or normal email address. I just happened to look at the gate designation and then check the board for an update and noticed the gates had been changed. Since we were in Concourse B and the new gate was in A, we ran to the train made it to the gate with only 7 minutes to departure time to find the attendant on the phone laughing and obviously not on a work-related call. As she hung up, she said I've got to go deal with some rude customers. When we asked about boarding, she said they were done and offered no support for our next steps. My very frustrated wife was visibly upset and having been called rude called the attendant a name. In the ensuing incident, my wife made a gesture across the counter to see the attendant's name badge and asked for her name 3 times with no reply. At the customer service desk, we were immediately flagged and looked at as hostile passengers from then on. We spoke with 3 different people before finding out Atlanta policemen had been called to arrest my wife for assault. Our trip to drop our son off in ** for a leadership conference has been ruined due to this company and it's horrendous customer service environment. The worst part in my mind was instead of offering help to weary, paying customers this entire staff proceeded to have my wife arrested and jailed rather than helping us find a solution for our travel dilemmas and obvious frustrations.

      I am filing this complaint to expose Delta Air Lines unethical and unacceptable handling of my May 8, 2025 reservation (Flight DL2139, PDX to JFK.Delta canceled my fully paid reservation, claiming a passenger called to cancel it citing fraud. This is false. Neither I, my wife, nor anyone authorized by me made such a call or reported the ticket as fraudulent. Shockingly, I discovered the cancellation the evening before the flight, only after calling Delta to ask why I hadnt received the usual time to check in email.What followed was appalling: I spent nearly an hour on the phone with a dismissive supervisor who deflected my concerns, falsely accused me of raising my voice in an attempt to shame me, and offered no meaningful solution except for me to purchase a new ticket. My wife then called Delta and, thankfully, a different representative was able to restore my reservation on the original flight; something the prior supervisor told me was impossible.I have repeatedly requested to hear the recording of the supposed cancellation call. Delta refuses to provide it, fueling the impression they are hiding critical evidence or that no such call exists. If the call supported their claim, why withhold it?Deltas behavior reflects a disturbing lack of accountability and customer care. I urge Deltas leadership to reflect on this failure and refresh staff on the meaning of proper customer service. Customers have choices; and I, for one, will think twice before choosing Delta again.********.

      My Flight got canceled, it is what it is. I made a Lyft journey from *** to IAH to catch another Delta Flt. which was also delayed. The Delta app and web site are not very good. The staff have social and business skill issues. However I made it to Destin 6 hours late, again no problem. My issue is they way they treat their customers, they just don't care. Delta emailed me an apology and texted me a link to submit expenses, which did not work. Went to the web and submitted my Lyft travel receipt $54 along with a receipt for lunch $38.72.Delta responded with a counter offer of $12. (imagine if I did this to one of my workers) I'm not angry or upset, I choose never to fly them again.

      I FAILED MY DAUGHTER. DO NOT USE BREEZE AIRLINES RUN BY DELTA. I try not to post but could not help it today. My daughter Hope who is 17 and flying alone today for the first time was booked on a BREEZE flight from ******* (MCO) to ******************** (***). They arrived/LANDED on time 11:46am on the Tarmac. However, she never got off the plane until 1:37pm, Just 9 minutes before sitting on the Tarmac for 2 hours. I am sad that I failed Hope today. When I first found out I thought it would have been a brief delay, 30 minutes or so. However, when I kept checking in on her via text, her grandmother and my ex-husband, it was longer and longer. HOPE AND HER GRANDMOTHER SAID THEY WOULD NOT RESPOND TO THE PILOTS. Ugh when I realized it was 1.5 hours on the Tarmac. I called South Portland police at 1:13pm, they could not assist but gave me the number for the South Portland JETPORT I spoke with someone and asked for a supervisor. Then I spoke with **** he was very nice but a WEASLE. He said they are not able to assist because they are JETPORT, NOT GROUND SUPPORT. HOWEVER, he reported that they did try and contact their supervisor **** **** and tried contacting ****** supervisor **** ****** but got no response from either of them. **** REPORTED THAT BREEZE AIRLINE DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH STAFF TO BRING THE ***** IN AND REPORTED NO OTHER STAFF COULD ASSIST. **** GAVE ME A NUMBER FOR GROUND CREW BECAUSE THEY WERE IN CHARGE OF DELTA, HOWEVER, THEY WERE CLOSED TODAY. **** REPORTED I COULD CONTACT BREEZE CUSTOMER SERVICES VIA TEXT OR LIVE CHAT AT HOWEVER, I RECEIVED NOT RESPONSE. I MADE A CALL TO SOUTH PORTLAND POLICE AT AT 1:13PM, STARTED A HUGE COMPLAINT WITH ANYONE I COULD AND MY DAUGHTER FINALLY GOT OFF THE ***** AT 1:37 PM. HOPE'S GRANDMOTHER WAS AT THE AIRPORT AND COULD NOT GET ANY ASSISTANCE. NO ONE AT ******, NO ASSIST FROM SECURITY, NOTHING. I ALWAYS HAVE AND WILL ALWAYS CONTINUE TO TELL MY CHILDREN
