      If I could rate it 0 I would. This entire place was a scam. They overcharge you for luxury apartments and then they wont even put in the effort to clean up vomit in the hallways. There was literally a pile of puke on the stairs for over 3 months. It started to soak into the floor and made a permanent stain. This place was awful. Management purposely made your life harder and charge you for everything possible while were already struggling college students. The owners here have no morals. No common decency and made everything as hard as it could possibly be for their residents. The only thing I have to say thats positive is that the staff (NOT MANAGEMENT) was nice. they seemed to be struggling to deal with the brain dead management too.

      This property management get zero stars. My security deposit refund check bounced for over a thousand dollars. I have contacted my propertys management and payroll department along with ********* Real Estate without resolution. This is five weeks later with no refund in sight.Complete thieves.

      Absolutely the worst apartment complex I ever dealt with! From the first day it went downhill. My lease was for four-bedroom, but due to their mess **** not having a four bedroom available when they thought they did let me to be in the five bedroom. When I moved in my key didnt work in the air condition was broke! In addition to this, the Internet in my apartment doesnt work and management has been giving me the runaround! The property manager has not been any help and is not trying to resolve this issue at all. The property manager is blaming the **************** and the **************** is blaming the complex, it has been three weeks with no Internet and Im a college student horrible customer service, horrible management and I cannot wait till my lease is up! Take some responsibility and get this fixed and stop giving your tenants to run arounds !

      This business is absolutely horrible. They will try to scam you out of every single dollar you own. They do not answer a phone call or email and if they take any of your contact information down and say they will get back to you dont expect a response. However, they are always right there to accept any form of payment. I lived here for two years I had members from the Valley Falls staff come in without giving any form of a 24 hour notice (total violation of lease) but they own up to nothing. The management staff is essentially non existent. Total waste of your money and do not get sucked into any form of lease with this business. The corporate phone number will also not even pick up the phone essentially there is no form of communication whatsoever except whenever they have their hands out waiting for money. The low ratings make extreme sense save yourself!

      Just moved our granddaughter out of these nasty unkept apartments . As we were trying to move her stuff out they were having a huge pool party and the music was so loud you could not hear each other. The security people and the party goers would not move out of the way when we were trying to carry boxes out. The hallways are absolutely disgusting.. if you are thinking about moving here you better think again. My granddaughter went with out air conditioning for over a month last summer. And last year her apartment was broken into . Doors are left open for anyone to walk in and out. Wish we had gotten her out sooner!! And their security cameras do not work properly. This place was a absolutely horrible!!

      I am currently Living with roaches and fleas due to a roommate not following rules! I have lost $700 food, Having to get the second flea pill for my dog $50 and also not being able to utilize my screened in porch or kitchen. Communication is at zero. no matter how much I clean the Girl is super filthy and roaches crawl from all aspects of kitchen. I pay the same as she and everyone else does, and have been lied to by management daily! She has given the key to random guys and i have property missing. She lets people live there that are not on the lease. SO why am I paying? My attorney and my Grantor has been notified and are pursuing legal action. This place is definitely not the place you want to be ** of management!

      My residence is in an apartment complex. It is in the **************, ****. Street address ********************************************. I live in unit C 207, it is a upstairs unit. We, my wife and I, have lived there for over 11 years. Very little has been done to the grounds, as far as over grown trees and other unwanted plants. During winter snows the removal of snow piles ** ** places that cause vehicles to, sometimes be blocked to through traffic around the property. And trash pick-up becomes a large concern. Our unit has only had one old electric stove replaced. And a toilet as well. The rugs or carpets need replacing badly. We don't push the issues. Because we can't leave our unit for them replace the carpet. This year alone the asking of increased rent for the storage unit we pay for jumped up ***** $, And now a notice of rent increase has been demanded. We can't afford to move or do anything but fork-over more monies...what can we do to stop their poor property management.

      I won't even give them one star cuz that gives them a c+, but you have to do it to leave a review. I've had nothing but bad luck with them as well I have problems with actually Village in ******** ********* where my son lives and they don't answer you they don't return your calls. They are just as bad as foxin the people that take care of the renters insurance. The tech Village keeps referring you to those people. If I work like that at my job, I would have been fired a long time ago. My kid is disabled and he's a student and he doesn't need this he's got enough stress trying to pass his classes. he's taking pre-algebra with a fourth grade math level and he's supposed to worry because they're charging him the wrong amount they charged him a late fee because they're plaid system didn't work and was sending a code to the wrong phone number because our phone number changed. This is ridiculous. I'm going to move him somewhere else. Unfortunately the low income housing that he had isn't as great as any of these either. He moved out in August because there was overflow for the sixth time with the sewer. they didn't fix it but they replaced the floor, the carpeting and the paint. still not rented. Since the manager left and they have yet to replace her and nobody can get a hold of them he can't even get his rent certificate there is no place that's any good anywhere anymore. Maybe when I draw their blood I should pull the same thing. Not labeled the tubes and maybe just pretend like they never existed and throw them in the trash so they keep having to come back in? Who the h*** would get away with this crap?

      Horrible customer service! I was a resident at the clubhouse apartments in ********** as a UL student. Cannot get the clubhouse or peakmade to respond to ANY of my correspondence regarding my security deposit refund I was promised! Not by phone or email. Neither places ever answer the phone!! You have to leave a message and then they never call back. At this point I feel I am out over $700

      This place is absolutely disgusting and the management is even more disgusting and rude. They clearly do not care about their residence at all. My car was stolen from the garage that they advertise as controlled access but they let the door to the garage be broken for months so anyone can walk in. When I told management what happened to my car I wasnt even met with and Im sorry or any sympathy at all.
