*********** at 241 in ***** ** is an absolute disaster.I pipe broke around Christmas, and they sent an email alerting residents and asking them to come assess the damage. They said the office would be open for questions on Dec. 26 - nobody ever showed up. So a bunch of people are flooded out of their apartments, and they are not answering emails or helping anybody make insurance claims, find new lodging (etc.). It's an abject disaster don't live here - they are just terrible from a customer support perspective.

Stay away from the Landings @******* **. The management is very dishonest people and will take advantage of students. Once you 'land' here, you'll be screwed. They offer you the stars when they show you the apartment but then you'll see the real truth after signing the contract. After I moved out and they did the final inspection, they charged ME for my roommate's dirty bedroom and bathroom. I try calling and emailing them almost every day ( no joke, my mom did the same too), but we were totally ignored. The only thing I got was they were "too busy but someone will get back to you". Over a month later and still waiting for a call that I know won't happen. My request was to put the charge in my roommate's account and remove it from mine. I got nothing. And of course my roommate is telling me it's not his problem so he won't pay me either. Also, this place is far from *** so I advise to find a different place. They will s**** you up too so stay away from this place!
