2013 Porsche Cayenne Turbo VIN# ***************** 1. Delay and Misinformation in Process The first issue I encountered was the excessive amount of time it took for Porsche ************ to handle the vehicle for purchase and then after finalization push the sale 2. Price Increase After Certification After significant delays, was finally informed when to sign the contract that the vehicle had been made "Certified Pre-Owned and there is no way around it. While appreciate the dealerships efforts in this regard, was dismayed to find that the price was raised as a result. The vehicle had already been listed at by the initial seller ************* when showed interest, and aside it had passed through multiple owners, had been in an accident, and had aftermarket parts (including a front bumper, rear bumper, turn signals and exhaust system) installed. These factors significantly devalued the vehicle. The sudden increase in price, particularly after these issues were identified, was both misleading and unfair. Additionally, after discovered these aftermarket additions were described as a premium upgrade felt like an attempt to artificially justify the price rather than enhance the vehicles true value.3. Failure to Honor Initial Offer Price Another point of contention is the dealerships refusal to honor the original price offered to me and made reservation on Saturday February 22nd. The final price made at by management till very last moment of the process was $32,000 for Pre-Owned or $34,000 as Certified Pre-Owned, our choice, but when already ready to proceed and sign contracts, that price was no longer being honored and available. And that was presented by financing department and not management. Instead, was presented with a much higher price hikes with no justifiable courteous explanation by financing. This change in pricing felt deceptive and undermined any trust had in the dealership after reservation had been made and paid.4. Horrible Treatment by the Finance

I have been requsting that Porsche remove me from their email list for over 6 months via the "unsubscribe" button in their marketing emails. This morning I called Porsche and was told that that button will not remove me, I am required to provide MORE personal information in order to unsubscribe from their emails. Understandably, I am not comfortable providing MORE personal information, nor should I have to provide more personal information in order for their UNSUBSCRIBE button to work.

I am filing a complaint against Porsche due to ongoing and unresolved issues with my leased vehicle, which I obtained through a lease transfer. The vehicle is still under the manufacturers original warranty. Despite multiple repair attempts, the car continues to exhibit substantial defects that significantly impair its safety, use, and value.Details of the Complaint:Vehicle Information: 2021 Porsche taycan. Vin: ***************** Issue Description: The vehicle has been experiencing [specific defects/issues, e.g., engine malfunctions, electrical failures, safety hazards]. These issues compromise the safety and reliability of the ************** Attempts: I have taken the car to authorized Porsche dealerships on multiple occasions, all repair orders have been attached. Despite these attempts, the defects persist, and Porsche has been unable to provide a permanent solution.Manufacturer's Response: I have reached out to Porsche directly, but they have failed to resolve the issue satisfactorily. They have also claimed that because the vehicle was obtained through a lease transfer, they are not responsible, even though the car remains under the original manufacturers warranty.Impact on Me: This situation has caused significant inconvenience, safety concerns, and financial burden, as I am paying for a vehicle that is not functioning as expected under warranty.Desired Resolution:I am seeking one of the following resolutions:A full refund of all payments made, including lease payments, taxes, and fees, or A replacement vehicle of equal value, or Repair of the vehicle that fully resolves the defect.I am filing this complaint with the BBB to seek assistance in holding Porsche accountable for their warranty obligations and to ensure that I receive the protections provided under the California Lemon Law.

Porsche NA has a known issue with hybrid battery packs in Cayenne e-Hybrid cars produced in the last several years. My 2021 Cayenne e-hybrid w ~41k miles had a failure causing it to become undriveable (it cannot be driven at all even with no faults in the gas power train). Porsche NA has stated that no replacement batteries are available for the foreseeable future (they have had the car for ~4 months at this point and once batteries are available it will be a further 8 weeks for them to ship from ******* to the **). As such, I will be without my vehicle for a minimum of 7 months at best because the company does not stand behind it's very expensive vehicles

I ordered a car from Porsche in January of ***************************************** May-June of 2024, as a standard wait time is about 4 months. I was given an app to follow production and delivery process. Based on the information in the app, the production of the car was delayed, constantly showing a new delivery date. Eventually, the car was delivered to me on January 7th 2025.Two months prior I reached out to Porsche and expressed my disappointment and concern and was promised that Porsche would do something to compensate me for a sick an unusually long delay, but I first have to buy the car. Once I bought the car I was contacted by ****** at Porsche who said all Porsche can do is give me a $5000 sales voucher towards the purchase of my next car. I just spent $200000 on a car and they are offering me voucher towards the purchase of the next car, as if Im buying Porsches every year. I asked if this voucher can be used towards this purchase but the answer was no. I think this is unfair treatment of customers. The representative was very cold and borderline rude when talking to me. She sounded annoyed by my expectations. I dreamed of owning a Porsche all my life and now that I bought one the experience is ruined. Im very disappointed.

Purchased a brand new Porsche Panamera on April 13, 2024. On that day, I noticed imperfections in the paint error messages on the dashboard while I was driving at home and the car stalling. I immediately reached out to the sales *** who told me to contact Porsche North America. Since then, my battery continues to drain, my vehicle stalls I constantly get error messages, my vehicle smells like its burning, my steering wheel makes creepy sounds. My paint finish has little dots in it. My windows have swirls marks in it, my break squeaks and I only have approximately 5000 miles. I have tried to address the issues and Porsche gives me the runaround. They told me theres nothing wrong, forced me to pick my vehicle back up and or refuses to respond back to me when I try to bring the vehicle in for servicing. Porsche has a known issues with their 2024 Panamera. Their battery drains and they have an electrical issue which I have been experiencing instead Im being told that I dont drive the car enough. Im requesting a brand new 2025 Porsche Panamera and Im requesting all of my payments refunded back to me that Ive paid from April 2024 to January 2025. Im requesting a change of collateral swap where I can keep my loan that I currently have with ************.

I am filing a formal complaint regarding an ongoing issue with a Porsche recall service that crosses state jurisdictions. I currently reside in *******, but my affected vehicle is registered in ****. The vehicle has been held by Porsche Atlanta Perimeter in *******, *******, going on two months for a recall service, with no clear completion timeline provided. The dealership has indicated the total service time may exceed four months, which constitutes an unreasonable delay. Key Details:- Vehicle: Porsche Taycan 4s, 2020 (Electric Vehicle)- VIN: ***************** - Ohio license plate: ZD 9SV HQ - Current Location: Porsche ******* Perimeter ******************************************************************* - Date Vehicle Surrendered for Recall: November 8, 2024 - Current Duration of Delay: Approximately two months Particularly Concerning Issues:1. When I requested the return of my vehicle until the dealership was ready to perform the actual repair work, I was informed that I would lose my place in line - effectively forcing me to leave my vehicle with them indefinitely.2. The dealership has not provided any concrete timeline for completion, only indicating it could exceed four months.3. I am required to continue making all payments related to my vehicle ownership, despite having no access to the vehicle:a. Monthly loan/note payments b. ***************** vehicle parking fees c. Insurance payments 4. The dealership provided a gas-powered loaner vehicle, resulting in additional fuel expenses that I would not typically incur with my electric vehicle.

Im making this claim regarding my transfer case extended warranty.Story: In 2020 I bought 2014 Porsche Cayenne Turbo. Visited in 2021 and 2022 porsche dealerships in *******, ** and *********, ** for service maintenance and some other non related issues. When I brought the vehicle there I explained that I was feeling some slight interruptions while accelerating and that my wheel occasionally bind when turning from still position. The dealerships advised me that everything was fine and thats how its supposed to be.I kept driving the car but later I found that this model has a factory design flaws with the transfer case vent pipe that lets water in and contaminates the oil and rusts the clutch packs in the transfer case. The result is the above mentioned symptoms that I explained in 2021 and 2022. My extended warranty expired on 10/31-2023 (10 years after the production date) and now Porsche doesnt want to cover the issue that they misdiagnosed back then. They didnt tell me about this model transfer case design flaws issue, neither for the vent pipe upgrade kit, neither that I was in active extended warranty. And the symptoms I described were the textbook example of this ********* can verify at the extended warranty link -> ************************************************************************************************************************************************************** spoke with the service managers at Porsche Rocklin and ********* and they explained since now it out of warranty they cant do anything and advised me to call Porsche North America. I called Porsche North America and they told me the same. I cant believe that this issue wasnt a recall or at least the vent pipe upgrade to be recalledNow I have to pay it out of my pocket ($3800 part and additional for labor) because it took me longer than my warranty to find all that informationPS You can see in the attached document how they checked transfer gear wear indicator.

Dear Porsche **************** Team,I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an issue Ive encountered with my 992 GT3 Touring, which I purchased less than a year ago. Despite the vehicle's limited age, I have noticed significant fading in the paint on the center locks, which I believe may indicate a defect in the finish.Given the vehicles exceptional quality and reputation, I did not anticipate that such wear would occur so soon. I kindly request assistance in addressing this issue to restore the appearance and quality of the vehicles center locks. Please advise on how we can proceed with a warranty assessment or service solution.Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and am hopeful for a swift resolution.Warm regards,
