      Over six weeks ago I went into the Ballard in **************** with a return. I was told that they changed over systems and no one knew how to do returns. I was asked to leave my item. It is now over six weeks and I do not have a credit for the return. I have stopped in the store four times. No one seems to have an answer. Last time I was in I was told to call the customer service number which I did about a week ago. They said that they would be issuing me a check for my credit and to look for it in the mail. Still do not have it. So after six weeks of bringing a return, I have nothing.

      2 custom chairs $5600 never received attempts by Ballards to charge anyway. No communication after multiple phone calls and e mails. Do not buy from this company they fail to deliver and are not forthright.

      I have ordered many items from Ballard through the years, and overall have been pleased with the products, although some were overpriced for the quality IMO. Yes, there have been shipping delays in the past, but nothing that I was overly concerned about until my most recent order. I ordered two prints on 11/13/2024 and the order is still being shown in process and I'm getting emails that the delivery date has been pushed from 12/6 to between 12/10-12/16. Circumstances have changed since my order and I needed to cancel. I contacted customer support via chat on 11/29 and requested to cancel the order. After telling me it had already shipped, and said I would have to wait and go through the regular return process. When I told them the order was still showing as "in process" and they said I'd given them the wrong order number (I copied and pasted the order number) and they acknowledged that the order was still in process. They said they would cancel the order for me, but they had to send an email to the vendor because it was an outside vendor. I ask for a confirmation that the order has been cancelled before it ships. No, that is not possible, they say. They tell me not to worry because there is still time to cancel before it ships. I complain and send a complaint through their feedback system. No response. I call again on 12/2 and the order is still showing "in process" and I contact customer support again and they say there is nothing they can do. They can't even send an email acknowledging the cancellation. I think that is odd, since they have no problem confirming the order and sending me updates on the delayed shipping. But, apparently there is no way to confirm cancellation without their vendor's cooperation? It might take 3-5 days they say. This gave me insight into the way they do business and probably why there are so many similar complaints about shipping delays. I won't order from them again.

      *************** Do not Buy from this Company Please !!! I placed an order on March 19th for a custom Bench after numerious delivery changes by them I was informed once again that delivery is postponed today is November 27 *********************************************************************************************************************************************** November hum Something strange about this deceptive company Will be Calling today to cancel order and remove all contact and emails from this really bad business company

      This is my first time ordering from Ballard Designs, but I am very disappointed by their shipping. I dont know why they use **** **** for (freight) shipping, but it has been one of the worst shipping experiences Ive ever had with a company that sells furniture at luxury prices. *** **** operates like some low budget shipper. They apparently only have one delivery window a week for my address and they called only 15 minutes ahead of time. I was not paying attention to my phone during those 15 minutes. I called 30 minutes after the original call, they rescheduled a week later and told me I couldnt pick the furniture up either at their center because that center doesnt do will calls. Its clear they are booking very tight schedules and do not really care if they deliver your stuff. Their goal is to hit as many places as possible and simply document why you were not available in that one 15 minute window they tried to call you. Should I be attached to my phone nervously for an entire week because Im afraid Ill miss the 15 minute window. Its ridiculous. If there is only a fifteen minute window once a week to deliver somebodys items, they need to communicate A LOT better. I have received a lot of large furniture from similar companies and their operations management and customer service was way better. I would avoid Ballard Designs in the future because they dont seem to put care into their business relationships and ultimately their customers experiences.

      I have been a faithful customer of **********************, Frontgate and ************ for over 10 years. After relocating to **********, ** from ***********, **, I couldn't wait to decorate my new house in everything I've been coveting from Ballard Designs. I made the bulk of my purchase in July 2023 and was persuaded by the store associate to apply for the Ballard Designs credit card offered through ************* because they were offering double bonus points during that time. Unfortunately, ************* did not fulfill their promise to award the double points to me. In fact, I had to contact the ****** store manager ****** numerous times just to get the "regular points" awarded to me. After over a year patiently working with ****** to get the remainder of the bonus points awarded to me what I encountered at the end is silence and disregard from the Ballard Designs local team and regional leadership. My biggest regret is signing up for the Ballard Designs credit card because I was sold a bill of goods that neither Ballard Designs nor ************* could delivery on. I still love the products at Ballard Designs but this experience has definitely left a very bad long lasting impression I have for this organization. Let this be a warning to all potential Ballard Designs customers: DO NOT under any circumstance sign up for their store credit card because you will be dragged into a long saga just to get what is rightfully promised to you, if you're lucky.I have screenshots of my text communication with ****** at the ****** store showing that she actually received written confirmation from ************* where they acknowledge an error was made on their end. ************* indicated in writing they were going to fix this error and give me the outstanding points to me, but that never happened.

      Ballard Designs has wonderful products and wonderful customer service. Im leaving a review today bc I had to return a small rug and they made it so easy! They leave you a return label etc and I really appreciate that. (In contrast to another company making getting a return label so difficult /made me appreciate Ballards customer care and respect for the customer ) So much so that I wanted to leave a review of how much I appreciate Ballard. My house is filled with their beautiful household items! I will always shop at Ballard bc they make me feel valued as a customer.

      DO NOT BUY FROM BALLARD DESIGNS. THIS IS A VERY SHADY OPERATION. I HAVE BEEN ATTEMPTING TO GET A TABLE FROM THEM THAT WAS PAID FOR IN OCTOBER. KEPT SAYING IT WAS BACK ORDERED. NOW ON FEBRUARY 5 THEY SAY MY PAYMENT WAS DECLINED BUT WAS PROCESSED ON OCTOBER 18 OF LAST YEAR. THEY ARE DECEITFUL AND THEY ARE THEIVES. STAY AWAY

      My experience with Ballard Designs and their deliver service (*************) have been terrible. The initial order (T6805469) placed in early November 2023 arrived with damaged items as well as some items not included with the order. As of the end of January ****, I am still dealing with these issues. The customer service departments with both of these companies have not been able to resolve my issues and I have been given no timeline. I will think twice before I order from Ballard Designs again. **********

      Been dealing with a sofa order for over a year now. The delivery service/communication has been TERRIBLE. Still waiting for a refund and just wish this all would be over once and for all. I will never be ordering from Ballard Designs again.
