      Terrible customer service and misleading website descriptions. So frustrated! **************** is saying, Yes, I see how that can be misleading . We are sorry. Would you like to buy more to fix your problem??? Omg, no! I want what you put a picture of on your website! So angry and customer service is the worst. No accountability!

      I had a disappointing experience ordering from Ballard Designs and decided to return my purchase by calling their customer service. Unfortunately, I was charged for the return, which seems unfair given that it's difficult to be sure about the appearance of an item purchased online. Overall, I am dissatisfied with Ballard Designs and would not recommend them to others.

      Ballard Designs has beautiful things. But you cannot count on their delivery. The ship dates that they indicate on their web site a fiction and VERY misinforming when it comes to making purchasing decisions.I ordered several thousand dollars worth of goods from them in March that were indicated as shipping in April. No problem. In April I got a robo-note saying the items were delayed and would not ship until May... this cycle has repeated each month with the latest notice stating late August. When you call or connect with with them they are apathetic at best and rude at worst. So, regardless of their product offering, I would strongly encourage people to stay away from Ballard Designs. They are very unreliable and apathetic about having your business.

      I was stunned when I saw the bad reviews for Ballard Designs. I ordered a glass top side table from them a couple of weeks ago. When I received it, the glass top did not fit. I really dreaded returning it since returning furniture can be such a hassle. I called their customer service this past Monday. They immediately offered to ship a replacement table and to expedite the shipping. They also scheduled the defective table to be picked up by **** As I said, I called them on Monday. The defective table was picked up on Wednesday and a new table delivered. AMAZING! And the new table is perfect. Nothing but praise for Ballard *****************

      I ordered a chair from them in June, still have not received it. I want to cancel my order and get a refund and they say thats not possible. Its a custom order and its non refundable. I told them I will refuse delivery and they said they would just keep delivering it. They said because I moved that caused the delay. Im very disappointed and disgusted with them and will never order from them again. I also will not even be home for delivery Im leaving town on Wednesday November 16,2022 until after the New Year.

      Terrible customer service. Please if you can order from another source, do so. I am part of the trade program and have never had issues like I have with Ballard. Ordered 2 chairs for a customer, one leg was broken on delivery which was noted by the delivery person on his delivery report. Customer contacted me to get a replacement chair sent. They would not allow me to request a replacement....only the person it was shipped to.....totally unbelievable.

      Horrible customer service. I paid for a table to be delivered, they never sent it, I had to follow up. When it did finally arrive, weeks after I ordered it, it arrived damaged. I returned it, which also took 4 weeks for it to "make it back to the warehouse" and then they never processed my return and refunded my money. Really awful experience and unacceptable.
