There was an item missing from my order. I contacted customer service through their website early on a Saturday morning. Despite it being the weekend, they were quick to respond. After providing the information that they requested, I was given the option to receive a refund or receive the missing item. I opted to receive the missing item which was delivered quickly. Issue resolved. A+ for customer service!

My original case lasted a decently long time a few issues towards the end I emailed about getting a replacement but they were out of stock. All the representatives I dealt with were amazing, they sourced the case for me and kept me updated pretty much daily. Really thankful for the support.Case-Mate, Inc.
