Fantastic customer service. I ordered a ring off of Amazon. I think a s**** came loose, I emailed their customer service and had a repayment order within 30 minutes.

I downloaded the app so I could get the 30% off discount, but then never saw the discount, so I went ahead and placed the order anyway. Afterwards, I saw the discount flash on my phone, so I reached out via email to their CS, and ****** was awesome, and applied the discount for me!! It was a very seamless process!
