Case-Mate has the BEST customer service! I have had occasions to request price adjustments, and they are honored promptly with respect - they always say they "are happy to do so". These are the kinds of companies I like to give my business to.

****** was very helpful! We sent in for a warranty replacement, and since they were out of stock, they allowed us to pick one that was in the same price range. Now here is where the great customer service comes in...I went to pay the invoice (for shipping) for our new case. I changed the address to our new mailing address, but on the final invoice, it showed our old address. I immediately contacted ****** about the error, and while they couldn't fix the address on the current order, they instead sent us a new case free of charge (no shipping costs) to replace the one that was already shipped and will hopefully be rejected and sent back to them.We received the case (to the new mailing address) the other day in great working order and was very happy with their service.For context, we have replaced many cases with them over the years, and they have all been so easy to deal with and get new ones sent. Will continue to buy from them in the future.Case-Mate, Inc.

***** was the Absolute BEST I've never had such *************** online or in store he should be awarded & recognized fir his excellent service it's ppl like like that that'll keep me returning!! My case was just recently purchased and after a few days I noticed there was dust entering into the phone as well as a small crack on the case that seemed to be enlarging as a few days went by. I contacted CaseMate and they were really good with responding and having a replacement case sent out. The whole experience was really good. I understand that with cases and their material, it can sometimes be hard to do quality control on the products after it's shipped out. Glad they have good customer service.Case-Mate, Inc.

I recently dropped my phone from my back pocket and it cracked the back of my phone. The case has also yellowed greatly. I contacted the company for a refund of the product (not a defective replacement) and they refused. So on all three promises the product advertises were broken. Terrible company.
