I wasn't sure how quickly their customer service ***** would handle issues with my order, but wow, I was very pleased with how quickly they responded to my email. They responded in minutes(not 24+ hrs like some other companies do). Can't wait for my order to arrive.

The customer service I received was outstanding! I contacted ******* twice, the first time I needed a tracking number and she surprised me with the full information about my transaction. The next time I had received my purchase and it didnt work so I called the customer service number and was delighted to find ******* on the line. She didnt asked me a lot of questions or have me try unending suggestions or imply that I was doing something wrong. She just very pleasantly offered to send me a duplicate. I was very pleased. ***** to her manager for hiring her.Case-Mate, Inc.

Fast and productive. It took less than 30 minutes to get a response even late at night. I was able to receive my warenty with no *****. Fastest problem I ever fixed. Amazing service. Definitely will shop here again.Case-Mate, Inc.

I submitted my request for a warranty at 12:43PM and at 12:44PM the company acknowledged receipt. At 12:47PM ********************* from Case Mate ************** confirmed my warranty was approved and only had to pay for shipping.I supplied the receipt and photo of item.
