    I recently received a letter from your office claiming that I owe a debt related to the following:ARRABELLA LUXURY TOWNHOME RENT Account Number: *******I'm writing within 30 days of receiving that letter to formally dispute this alleged debt. Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA, 15 USC 1692g), I am requesting full validation of the debt, including any documents with my signature showing I agreed to open or be responsible for this account.If you cannot provide this information, the debt must be removed from any credit reporting. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 USC 1681b), you may not report unverifiable or inaccurate information. Please confirm whether or not this debt is valid and provide documentation as proof.Until this matter is resolved, I am also requesting that all collection efforts stop as required under federal law. Do not contact me, my employer, friends, family, or anyone else about this alleged debt. From this point forward, all communication must be in writing only.If the debt is valid and verified, I expect copies of all relevant records, including the contract or lease, billing history, communications, and any payment records.     I was notified that Rent Recovery Solutions has flagged my credit repot with a collections account of $1211.00 with Georgetowne Townhomes. I have not lived at that residence since 2020, and I DO NOT owe them any money. All of my rent was paid in full and on time. I contacted the management company who owned/managed the property at the time I rented from them and they informed me that there is no balance due and that they are not affiliated with, nor do they work with rent recovery solutions. I have also contacted ***************** (the new management company of the property), and they also confirmed that I do not have a balance with them, and that they do not work with rent recovery solutions. Neither companies sent any balance/debt to collections-because there never was one. The amount owed isn't even the same amount that my rent was. This is fraud and I want it removed from my credit report immediately.

    This company has placed a ****** plus on my credit report when I moved out of these apartments I owed maybe ******* I went to court and paid ******* which I won in my favor so case was thrown out I never got money order bk the company cashed the money order so it should be 3000 plus there was no eviction filed up on leaving I gave the notice I cleaned apartment only thing left was the roaches and the washer and dryer I rented from them this place is trying to scam me I have tried to contact the apartments they was bought out by another company which knows nothing about me and I reached out to collectors which no response on explanation of what I owe

    I honestly dont get why Rent Recovery Solutions, LLC is reporting this debt under my name because I dont owe them anything. I never signed anything with them, and when I asked for a copy of the original application, they didnt even bother to provide it. Its frustrating because this is hurting my credit for no reason, and its just not fair. How can they just put something on my report without any proof?Account ******** Amount Disputed: $3458

    I was not aware of owing this company $636. They have refused to mail me any documentation and neither did the call. I was attempting to purchase my first home and this is when I noticed this. I asked for supporting documentation as to why I owe this debt and they will not provide this information to me, but will only take my payment over the phone. I do not think this is my debt, no documentation has been provided to me and they are refusing to look into this. I finally spoke to someone on the phone who claimed to be my account manager, but was not helpful and stated I cannot talk to anyone else or escalate the issue.
