    I ordered a vacation on July 11, 2025. I put all my information on the order correctly. When they sent my order back process they took my 2nd ********* name off and put my name twice on the order. I been emailing and calling booking and reservation. Non stop since this mistake on there end has occurred. Reservation no reply ordering tells me to reach out to insurance which I did because I purchased insurance for this vacation. Insurance fixed the name on the second travel but reservation who made the mistake putting the wrong person name on there refuse to fix it. I found out the ceo and all the corps who have the worst customer service experience and support I have ever met in my life to mess up on someone vacation is very frustrating and unacceptable. I been demanding for this to be resolved but no sense of urgency no apology nothing no reply but yet they want to garnish my pay for a vacation I wont be able to take because of there mistake and disregard for there paying customers.

    I purchased Apple AirPods Pro 2 Generation in early wireless noise cancellating white in April around 14th I took out square trade insurance that im thinking Im still paying on but I know longer have the product I returned them back I dont have the order number because purchasing power saying they need that to pull up the product but every month purchases power is going in my check every time I get paid pulling a 1.57 every month I dont know why no one is saying anything cant fine my account I call them they giving me the running around all that information I have when I purchase the iPods I dont have any more square trade give me number thats not pulling up for purchase is there anything ya can do. Here a id number there saying cant use *************** square trade insurance id

    I made a hotel booking for travel on 6/30 received confirmation email and was told order processed on the same date. On 7/3 I received a email stating my reservation was cancelled. I spoke with customer service and was told I wouldn't be able to rebook my reservation as it is within the 10 day window you have to book hotel reservations. I understand that its within the time frame allowing you to make these reservations but the cancellation was not initiated by me(customer). So now I'm unable to book this reservation and have a vacation planned for the dates I had originally planned, with no place to stay.

    I purchased a TV with this company, when the order arrived and unboxed the tv screen was cracked. They agreed to replace the item and have the damaged one picked up. The carrier called to schedule the delivery and then it was canceled because the driver wasnt able to deliver. The same thing on the rescheduled delivery driver issues. After the company failed to deliver the second attempt, I told them just cancel it. I wasnt going to keep sitting waiting on the delivery. Purchasing power is charging me ****** for refusing to except delivery the order never made it to me and I have told them that wasnt refusing delivery. I waited and the carrier kept making excuses. So I wasnt available. I refuse to pay them for something that I never received.

    I was charged the equivalent of 5/6 payments off of one paycheck. I have reached out multiple times and no resolution has been made to send me back the money I was overcharged directly from my paycheck.

    I cancelled an order because it was so delayed and they promised it was cancelled.. the package showed up i contacted them they told me to return it and pay 250 plus tax to ship it. I WILL NOT PAY NOR SHOULD I FOR SOMETHING I CANCELLED WEEKS AGO

    I've placed an order with a travel company though my job. Paid in full went to the airport to pick up the vehicle and they refused to give me the vehicle saying I needed a credit card. This is not what the travel agent told me at the time of booking. I wouldn't have booked a car rental with them if I knew that's what I needed. Now they are refusing to give me my money back over *****.

    On march 7 2024 I placed an order and did not receive my product, i reached out , and spoke with one of the representatives and he told me he had taken care of it . Today is a year later and they telling me that its too late to report it , but I had already called and reported it this is very unprofessional I need to have my refund . I paid a lot of money for something I never received

Product: Bissell CleanView Swivel Pet Rewind Reach Upright Vacuum ? Company: Purchasing Power ? Paid: $291.59 Summary of the Issue:I placed an order on June 14, 2025 via the Purchasing Power mobile app. Due to unresolved technical issues within the app, I was unable to update my shipping address. As a result, the order was mistakenly delivered on June 19, 2025, to my previous address:**************************************. I have not lived at this address for some time, and the package was never recovered. Per *** and ****, the current residents took possession of the iteman act I was told may be considered mail theft, as the package was addressed to me and paid for via payroll deduction.What Ive Done So Far:? Contacted Purchasing Power customer service immediately upon realizing the item was sent to the wrong address.? Spoke with multiple representatives:? ******** advised me to contact people I know at the address.? ****** showed empathy and initiated a replacement shipment.? ***** was extremely rude, blamed me for the mistake, refused to escalate, and eventually hung up on me.? A final representative (name unknown) stayed on the line with me while waiting for a supervisor.? Was told a replacement would be sent, which gave me temporary relief.Problem Escalated Denial of Resolution:On June 24, 2025, I received an email stating that my claim was denied and that no replacement or refund would be provided, citing that the item was "successfully delivered to the address on file." Additionally: My employer has canceled payroll deductions, acknowledging I never received the product, I have still not received the item or a resolution, and I have endured poor customer treatment, emotional distress, and a total lack of follow-through from Purchasing Power.
