Purchased an iPhone 16 plus unlocked and had it shipped expedited on dec 13 2024 for a Christmas present for my daughter only to find out it was locked, contacted purchasing power for them to tell me there is no replacement send it back and wait 3-5 days for credit so I did, while waiting to receive credit on that one I ordered another iPhone 16 plus unlocked had that one shipped received that phone today 12-30-24 only for it to be just like first phone locked I have to send this one back now also customer service told me to keep ordering the phone and will eventually get one that is unlocked !Business Response

I have been back and fourth with this company for months about simply updating my phone number. It wont let me make any future purchasing and this is a simple fix and no one can help me. The account locks me out every 30 days because they said I answer my security questions wrong and they are not wrong. I wait on hold for an hour then they hang up on me. I purchased a dresser on Nov 5, 2024. When I purchased it, it did not say it was backordered or would not ship in normal processing time. About a week later I received an email that it would be 4-6 weeks to ship. It has been 6 weeks and still has not shipped. I messaged the company and they told me it would be $350 to cancel my order. I am not paying $350 for a company to simply cancel an order that was not even shipped to me in the timeframe they told me (which wasn't originally stated or I NEVER WOULD HAVE ORDERED)Business Response

Purchasing Power LLC. Knowingly delivered a damaged and defective refrigerator that was delivered by **************. The refrigerator never got cold enough to keep food from bacteria spreading since it was ordered on 8/10/2024. Then went completely out about 2 months ago. Since it was under the manufacturer warranty with **********, and a 3 year plan with ALLSTATE Protection Plan. PURCHASING POWER LLC blamed ********** for the damaged and for the replacement. After waiting a few weeks for the appointment from a FRIGIDAIRE technician. The technician stated that the refrigerator was damaged by ************** and was unserviceable and told me to contact PURCHASING POWER LLC for a replacement. After going back and forth with PURCHASING POWER LLC, Allstate Protection Plan, and **********. PURCHASING POWER LLC for 2 months. Purchasing Power LLC stated today on 12/26/2024 that they wont replace the refrigerator or credit my account. That I would have to continue to pay for it although it's been defective and damaged by their 3rd party logistics company ************** according to the technician sent by FRIGIDAIRE. My family since has had continuous issues with salmonella and other stomach problems since the delivery. I even offered to pay for the shipping to credit my account or for a replacement but PURCHASING POWER LLC has declined to do either.Business Response

Purchasing power has a hotel package but does not inform customers that extended stays are not recommended. Its no refunds or changes for something that was never used and Im still paying for. A hotel was booked where I was staying which I could not be accommodated for, I have children and was LIVING in hotel. I needed fridge to store breast milk and microwave for our food. I also got the insurance which told me I needed a Covid reason. Also IPads are $400+ more than the average price. This is a perk from my employer and its not fair peoples hard earned money in this sorry economy is being taken and no services. Even when you call the travel line, the young lady or man has no empathy or understanding. The hotel even spoke w her to let them know they couldnt accommodate me. I placed an order with purchasing power on 12/03/2024. They processed my order on 12/04/2024. The next 2 days I received the ******* monitor. The tracking label for the PS5 Portal was created on 12/04/2024. So for about a week & a half that item never was dropped off to *** to be delivered. I called purchasing power they tell me all they can do is send an email to their back ******** have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get an update. So I called UP, they gave me the vendor ******** called them myself. They were very helpful & apologize for not sending it out. I got it in a couple of days. So here we are with the last gift an 85 in tv. I have waited 3 weeks going on 4 & nothing. Every time I have called they told me I would receive it before Christmas & before the 20th. Well we are here on the 20th still no ************* will have deducted my paycheck twice on 12/23 for something I didn't receive. They are now telling me I have to wait until tomorrow. They are scheming people out their money. Then when you ask to cancel the order they won't let you cancel or try to help you by sending a replacement. This was a Christmas gift & now it won't be here. I don't think I will receive it at all. Something needs to be done about this company. On 12/12/2024 i order a iphone 16 128 gb for the amount of ******* with free shipping . They payment method was a llotment that i set up with mypay since i work for the federal goverment. ***** was responsible of delivering the item and was delivered on 12/16/2024 around 2 pm i belive . My wife ******* ***** signed for the package but is was instructed by me not to open it cause it was her christmas present. When i arrived at 7pm i open pick up the package to wrap it and i notice the box was very lightweight. When. I open the box that was steal seald it was empty. The box came from best buy. Immediately i called customer service to let them know about the situation and the gentleman instructed me that they will file a replacement order. The following day i check the status cause i got massive anxiety that is not gonna arrive by christmas , come to find out the replacement order was cancel. I have called multiple times and they tell me that a final decision has been taken and they cannot issue any refund or a replacement. This situation is very frustrating because why would i pay for something that i didn't received . I was so anxious that i order another phone just so i can have something for my wife. I called and chatted with different personal and requested to speak to a supervisor which they tell ***** gonna call me and he or she never those. This situacion is incredible frustated for a mentally ill person that just wanted to get something nice to his wife. TILL this day no resolutions has been done and i 'm paying for a phone that i never received. No supervisor gas contacts me or leave me a voice message .Business Response

Placed an order #******** on 6/2/2024 to for Xbox One/ Lux Silver Chain. Both items were Returned on 7/3/2024 and since I have only been credited refund for Xbox One. Ive been charged $5.25 a week Deducted from my Paycheck since Return was Completed, today is 12/18/2024 and Ive paid $184.40 on Item that has been Confirmed Returned. I have Reached out to Purchasing Power **************** by ****************************** only to be told to wait 3 to 5 business days or 24 to 48 hrs for issue to be resolved and receive Refund. On 10/12 I placed an order through PP as a ***** member. I was told I needed to upload a paystub. I did so. On 10/18 the order was pending and cancelled as I was then told that my employment was not verified. I contacted ***** who confirmed this. I placed the order a 2nd, 3rd and 4th time - NYSUT put me in contact with ******* at HQ who called once and did not return my subsequent calls for three days. I contacted the chat option for HQ address and got this standard message again: Thank you for your patience, it states here that we regret to inform you that we cannot process your order at the present time due to the fact that the incorrect employer was selected at the time the order was placed. I continue to get this message. PP will not correct my account. I am a teacher through ***** with this benefit and have been unable for a month to use it. I am requesting my account to be fixed, my order to be placed and a discount to reflect the HOURS of time I have spent attempting to avail myself of a benefit I am entitled to.
