    I purchased what I thought was a king split adjustable bed, I received a twin adjustable bed. After several promises to fix the problem, nothing happened but yet I was still being charged. I finally asked if they could pick it up because it was no use to me, I needed a king, Finally 2 months later they sent a company to pick up the bed, but for some reason they say they received the mattress but not the 1500 dollar adjustable frame that I am still being charged for. I have called and been emailing with several people who say they are going to get this resolved, but yet again I am still being charged for this bed frame 5 months after it was taken out of my home. This has been the worst experience ever, no consistency communication at all RIDICULOUS.

    They owe me a refund and have been giving me the run around after they stated they owe me a refund I've patiently have waited long enough they keep on charging my account double even after I informed them of the situation.

    I am so disappointed in how purchasing power dealt with my situation after I ordered a 70inch television from them and it was delivered to me damaged and I have to pay $1055 for that television while it's still there not working.

    I have acquired a refrigerator from Purchasing Power prior to my fridge raider purchase. I contacted Purchasing Power regarding my delivery. I requested for my refrigerator to be removed on September 9th. Upon delivery, my fridge raider was left in the box and not brought inside, instead, it was left in my garage. I encountered difficulties in finding someone to install my fridge raider. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I also reached out to the warranty company to ensure the installation would not void my warranty. Unfortunately, my concerns have not been addressed by Purchasing Power, leaving me with a refrigerator in the garage and no solution in sight. I expressed my worries about food spoilage, but it seems that the company has shown little to no interest in resolving the issue. As I await a response from Purchasing Power, I have decided not to make any future appliance purchases from them due to their lack of customer care and concern.

As stated on the website's product "Shipping and Returns" tab it advises that this item will not be installed, as additional parts will be required for installation if your refrigerator has an in-door water dispenser or ice maker. This item does not allow the option to be delivered with installation included and or removal of any previous appliances.     I think yall are full of it! I made two orders on July 24 and only received one of them. They told me that it was coming the 21 of August here it is the 26 of August and I still haven't received my product. So I called today the 26 and ask them about my order. They sent me to the Xpo line because I guess they the one's that delivers so after talking to them and getting nowhere they going to tell me the earliest appointment is the 9th of September. But yall been taking the payments out since I received the first order which was the bed frame and night stands. But it's taking over a month to get my mattress. Now make this make since! How can you take money out every week and I haven't even gotten the order yet. Now you talking bout somebody that's pissed!!?????? after this I will never order s*** else from no f****** purchasing powers with they high a** Charge all that money and can't even deliver s*** on time. Smfh

    I choice this from my employer to get myself something nice for my birthday. I changed my number now Im locked out of my account after talking to 6 people on chat that cant help me and be ready to close the chat. One person closed the chat after one min didnt even give me a chance to respond her name is ******. Everyone kept saying the same thing over and over and no resolution. Then I called in about 7 times getting the same response. NO ONE COULDNT BE HELP. I changed my number and the system doesnt realize it. They all said put your new number in 6 times then the 7th time you will get a quiz. The quiz never happened! Then I get told today I failed the quiz how Im fail something that I never took. Why cant anyone help me reset my account? So I called today and asked for a supervisor. Of course I didnt get one and have to wait for a call back and was told I have to wait 30 to try and access my account again. Im a single mother of three kids so I didnt have 1000 for a phone but I hate I went with this company. NOBODY HAS REALLY TRIED YO ASSIST ME AND IM OVER IT. They can take my money but cant help me get into my account.
