**************** needs a complete training on the company and how to handle matters effectively and efficiently. The language barrier is exhausting and the amount of times you have to go through to get something resolved is a headache. If youre not in desperate need of anything. I PURCHASED A RETROSPEC BICYCLE FROM THEM LAST WEEK AND *** DAMAGED MY BICYCLE AND DISCARDED IT. I SENT A MESSAGE TO PURCHASING POWER WHERE IS MY ORDER. THEY SAID THEY SEND A REPLACEMENT. NOW THEY ARE CHARGING ME $280.29 FOR REPLACEMENT ORDERS THAT I NEVER FKING RECEIVED. *** SHOULD BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF PAYING THE REPLACEMENT FEE AND NOT ME. NOW I CANCEL MY ORDERS AND NOW STUCK PAYING A DEAD PRODUCTS I WILL NEVER FKING RECEIVE. THIS IS SOME ILLEGAL PRACTICES THEY ARE DOING. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.Purchasing Power, LLC

I had used purchasing power before years ago. I left the agency I was with. I assumed that the money was taken out of my last check to repay the rest of the loan. It wasn't. I never received any form of contact from purchasing power to resolve this. I later got a collections letter saying that I had an outstanding debt. I paid it off. Now, 6 years later, I am unable to use purchasing power because of this. No one will help me fix this. I paid what was due not knowing that I still had money due. I never received any correspondence that I had still owed money after I had left the employer. No matter who I try to reach, I am unable to fix this.Purchasing Power, LLC

Last April I purchased a California King mattress the delivery people had to bend it to get it through the door. In the process of bending it they broke some of the coils so the mattress sinks in on the one side. It took a couple of months for me to get anything accomplished with them all I wanted was a new mattress and they take back the one I had. They promised me in June that I would get a new mattress, they gave me a ticket number and everything and said they would call when they are getting ready to bring it. It is October I havent gotten a call or a mattress. This makes no sense at all, this is bad business practice. Its not fair to the people paying these astronomical prices, taking it from your pay check and you still have the bad product this is ridiculous. I just want to know what can be done about it. I recently made a purchase on purchasing power. I received part of my shipment, the other half says delivered but upon opening an investigation the package was delivered to the wrong house and stolen. *** has refunded the merchant and still over a month and a half later Purchasing Power is giving me the run around. I have tried my best to resolve the issue but no resolution. Purchasing power denied me a refund in spite of me having a case number for *** that verifies a refund was issued to the merchant. They continue to take money out of my checks. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get this resolved.Purchasing Power, LLC

This is the worst company ever. They Cancel my order without knowledge. 2 allotments was withheld from my check. Alleges that didn't have. I had to submit proof to show evidence. This has been going on for 60 days and more. Customer **** are very rude and not helpful. They refused to let me talk with a Supervisor. All I want is my money refundedPurchasing Power, LLC
